Terrible service that you'll have to hound for them to call you back just to find out what's going on with your service. Save your time and just go to Canada Computers.I recently brought a laptop into PC Techs and they charged me $110 to backup the computer and open it up for a fan issue. Not a bad price, except for the fact my laptop is still not fixed, they couldn't find a simple dual fan for my 3 year old laptop, and won't get back to me unless I keep calling them asking when they can finish the job they started. After 3 weeks they still haven't been able to tell me when a part can come in.So I took it to Canada Computers instead. They immediately found and sourced the part and it will be here within 1-2 weeks of me bringing in my laptop.Save your money. Don't use these guys who clearly cant source products and just ignore you when they cant finish the job.

It is without reservation that I would recommend PCTECHS.When faced with a major problem of a my laptop having frozen, I contacted them, given that the firm was so close in Stoney Creek.Sajeel and some of his colleagues made every effort over three days to unlock my unit trying a variety of techniques. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so.As a result, I had to purchase a new laptop which I did from PCTECHS. Adeel was very helpful in helping me select a laptop appropriate to my needs. The price was very competitive to an online purchase or a big box store.Realizing the urgency of my need to be up and running as soon as possible, the staff pulled out all stops to get the necessary software and aps installed the same afternoon.The amount that I was charged for the initial servicing efforts was very reasonable given the time invested.Addel, Sanjeet and all of the staff were professional, courteous, patient and instructive.
