These guys are great. They've worked on the body of my RX8 a few times. They are friendly, competent and fair. While few to no other shops in town (even the dealership) will provide you a loaner car, these guys will. Call them!-Meagan McCrea :)

Friendly staff and great work!

Gave me great advice on damage I didn’t realize is covered by my insurance without affecting premiums. Repair work was excellent with great paint matching! Would use again.

I had hail damage to my car. They did a great job on most of the damage. I saw that my head light was not fixed, I took it back in, told Ian, he went and got Terry (body person), whom came out, and said yes, I saw it, but I didn't tell Ian. Ian went in the office mad, as he was walking away, Terry said isn't there room left on the claim, Ian said yes. Ian won't return my phone calls or emails. I had to phone ICBC, Ian is now saying that it was not done by the hail damage, which it was. Ian got his money, now he won't fix the part of my car, they didn't fix, and I have had to go to ICBC to get Riverside to fix it. This is ridiculous, I do not recommend this company!!!! once they get their money, they don't care about you anymore!!! It is not fair or right!!! They admitted it, and now they are saying it didn't happen. They said yes to my face but no as they stabbed me in the back. Do not trust this company!!! They rip you off as soon as they can!!!! not right, if I knew they would do this, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else.

I was generally impressed with the staff at Riverside Collision. The office itself was a little tight, but they were quick to check my car in and finished repairs days before the estimated time. Hassle free. Cleaned the interior and exterior, too.
