I bought a foam mattress two years ago and have been very grateful since. I am hoping to buy a mattress topper as well as my hips are hurting from a car accident. I believe that I will have good service and help threw the process like I did many years ago. Patti McMillan

We ordered 2 mattresses on April 14 and were told they would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. After 6 weeks we called to check in and were told they still had no idea when to expect them and then heard nothing again for another month. At 10 weeks we called again and someone said they'd look into it and call us back but, 5 days later, we still haven't heard a thing. We'd heard good things about the quality of their product, but never got to experience it ourselves... our experience with their service was that it sucked. A lot.

I have tried to order replacement foam twice for a couch cushion. They do not want customers apparently, as they will not respond. I ended up ordering from an American company instead.

I ordered 4 small pieces of foam to be picked. They said it would take one week which seemed a bit much but I thought whatever ill get it when i get it. Then the day of i make three calls at different times to the store no answers leave a message and three days later still no answers. Completely forgot about my order and wasted my time.

Superb quality high density foam. We are going to be placing another order. The service is the bes.

I had to give up, twice I went in asking for quotes, never got back to me. Ordered some foam (with sample in hand) - wrong - went back (again with sample in hand) - supplied it wrong AGAIN! - we give up! - nice people, but too much effort to try and get the right product - unfortunately let down one of our customers!

I ordered 4 cushions to replace my old flat outdoor cushions for our patio set. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great. They are very comfortable. The order took just under 2 weeks. The reason why I gave 4 starts is I emailed and called to ask about the status of my order after 1 week and no one retuned the email or phone call. In my opinion not great customer service.

If you're looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend you check out what they've got here before buying in a large chain store. Especially since in large stores you're probably paying a huge markup. My sister was so impressed with my new mattress that she bought one for herself and is constantly amazed with how comfortable it is. Even my dad seems to be interested in purchasing one. I'm not saying their mattresses are perfect for everyone, but they definitely warrant a visit at least.The staff are very friendly as well. I accidentally tore a small piece of my mattress once when moving (entirely my fault), so I went it to the store to ask what kind of adhesive they use or what would be best, and the owner just gave me an entire bottle of the adhesive they sell, for free.I've also purchased some of their acoustic foam for random projects and it's of great quality for the price.Overall, very impressed!

Very helpful customer service at the desk. Prevented me from making a terrible decision and guided me towards a much better one.The in-person help at the desk was much appreciated.
