Their team created a walk-in shower to replace a small shower unit. They were met with a few challenges as we were unable to purchase matching tiles so we had to use small ones, and we changed our minds a few times on things, but everything turned out beautifully. Tried to hire him to get a window/window well installed in my basement. I told him I was going to be moving in the new year so I needed this done this spring which he assured me he could do. He told me he would get me a quote right away so we could get it done. That was back on September 13th and I still haven't received a quote. I followed up with him 2 weeks later to see if he had a chance to get the quote and he said he was waiting on a quote from his window supplier. I have since followed up with him 2 more times and not got a response. I eventually just told him I could just get the window well done if that was all he had time for, to which he also never responded. I ended up just contacting East Coast Waterproofing and they were here within 3 days to get the job done.
