Made my day! Just want to personally thank Lindsay for taking the time to answer all my questions and manage to move around the schedule to coordinate both of my children's appointments! Her flexibility and dedication are much appreciated.

I hate going to the dentist and I had been putting it off for some time. Unfortunately, I no longer had a choice and had to get something taken care of and went in today for my first visit. Wow! I have never had such a good experience at the dentist. The team at Centrum Dental, especially Suzie, made me feel comfortable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they were doing to make me feel at ease. Thank you so much!

Excellent dentist office, I just had a small filling done. Both the dentist and assistant were professional and really nice. I also get my 2x a year checkups and my hygienist is also awesome. So no need to look elsewhere.. go here for your dental needs.

I had my appointment today at 12.30. However, I came to the clinic and the door was locked, called the clinic again and it was voicemail. The note on the door says they’ll be open at 1.20. I came back then but this time they couldn’t see my appointment on the system. I’ve suspected that something wrong since I didn’t receive any appointment reminder text/mail. Obviously there was a mistake. They said my appointment is tomorrow. I cannot come back tomorrow since I already took a half day off from my job today. When I ask them to cancel, they wanted to charge a short notice cancellation fee. It wasn’t my mistake obviously they have not booked my appointment somehow. This shouldn’t be the way to fix your mistake. I’m disappointed.

Wow! I just want to take a few minutes to personally thank Lindsay and Dr. Erak for the most excellent care yesterday. I am a new patient at the clinic. They really care about their patients and went above and beyond to help me and continue to do so. I feel super lucky to be in their care! What a great team!!!

I have been a patient at Centrum Dental Centre for many years, and I have always had excellent care. Last night, when my tooth broke, I was able to reach a staff member, Sara, who was very empathetic and helpful. I was able to see a dentist quickly. Dr. Erak gave excellent care. She was patient, thorough and kind. Rima was also very helpful and considerate. I have complete confidence in Centrum Dental Care.

If you are looking for a good Dentist look no further! After having the same Dentist for over 30 plus years in Markham it was hard to switch to another in Kanata, but we (my wife and myself) struck Gold! Dr Erak is an excellent Dentist and cares passionately about your teeth. Along with the friendly hygienists and very friendly Front Desk staff this is the place!

I had an appointment today for a dental cleaning and my hygienist (Sue) was simply outstanding. She was newly assigned to me, but was obviously extremely well acquainted with my file - I was very impressed! And of course, she was very proficient and courteous during the session. Moreover, she gave me precious guidance in regards to my dental benefits. Above and beyond I say... Finally, I must say the whole office is excellent. My dentist, Dr. Ghamian is outstanding and so are the other dentists that have occasionally attended to me since I started going to Centrum Dental in 2012.
