I reached out to The Pool Guys on a Holiday Monday through Facebook as my pool heater stopped working. First thing Tuesday morning Kim in the office called me to get more info and set an appt. She was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to book squeeze me in the next day to diagnose the issue. The tech that arrived was great, took him 10 mins to verify the problem and within an hour after leaving I was notified the parts would be in the following day, and could be installed the day after that.So relieved and happy with the whole interaction and I would definitely recommend their services.Thanks again Pool Guy Inc.The Uphams

Very upset with the installer who came to my home today from this company. We booked an appointment to open up our big sized above ground pool about a week and a 1/2 in advance. We sent in photos and agreed on price. The installers showed up at my home today with a rude attitude right from the start. Not even a smile on his face. He entered my backyard gave a dirty look to my pool which in my opinion there's nothing wrong with my big sized above ground pool.. pointed at it and said this is something you buy at Canadian tire or something. we are not opening up your pool. (We sent pictures of the pool when setting up the appointment) He said it in such a rude way and basically walked off almost like he didn't feel like working today or it might have been a little bit of a more difficult task for him so he just refused it. To me it looked like hes looking for easy work and looking to just take people's money and do a quick job. I had another pool guy offering a cheaper rate with same pictures sent. He was going to come almost 2 days after asking about it and I turned them down thinking this was a professional company. Clearly I made a bad choice. The woman answering the phone was very nice and professional but the installer she sent to my home was very rude and I would never have him working for my own company as hes rude and doesn't know how to speak to clients. I'm very unhappy with the installer and this is the exact reason why I'm leaving a one star. For others please avoid this company if you have this guy show up at your house. Also he came with a younger kid probably an apprentice or someone working to learn the tips and tricks but clearly he set a bad example how to talk with clients. Such a waste of time and there's no excuses I sent photos of my pool. I posted a photo of my pool that he practically made fun of and refused down below.

No people showed up at the appointment time. Not once, but twice.

They were quick to respond and very reasonably priced. Fixed my issue and gave appreciated advice for the future of my liner. Also they have a skimmer basket that fits my discontinued system which is a big savior!

Pool Guy has maintained our pool for 3 years and they do excellent work. Very reliable.

They diagnosed and repaired multiple leaks in my pools liner and plumbing. Professional and reliable service. Would recommend to a friend!

Good company with good followup. Attention to detail has fallen a little but they do come back to make everthing 100% quickly. Recommended.
