Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The worst car rental place around. They gave me the runaround when I called about a rental. My car was non drivable after getting in an accident and they were a nightmare to deal with. Told me I was being put on a waitlist" but their lot was full of cars...the "manager" was extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed absolutely no empathy at all. I'll walk before I ever rent a car from here. Super thankful for Family Auto up the road that got me into an upgraded SUV!"

Entire staff very professional and helpful .. Alexis and Adam were very helpful in some pretty stressful times in my life.

We dealt with Matt in January and Dylan in February and they are both friendly, efficient, accommodating and took time to answer our questions. There was no trouble booking an SUV. We were very pleased with the service!!!

I needed a car rental to get me to my urgent medical appointments in Ottawa. I booked and confirmed a car rental online.When I called to check on my reservation nearly an hour later, they flippantly informed me that a car was not actually available to fulfill my reservation.They said it was a good thing I called. They had seen my reservation but hadn't taken it upon themselves to notify me.

Had a vehicle right away after a car accident. The insurance covered everything. But 6 mthslater my credit card is trying to be charged and they said my insurance didnt pay. Took me two days on the phone and my insurance company said they did pay and had proof.Finally it was resolved and the calls stopped.

Seems like they finally have someone good running the show at this place. I have had bad experiences in the past, but the gentleman I dealt with today was very helpful and on the ball. I've always used Enterprise, and everywhere I have gone they have been extremely helpful, so it's nice to see this location back to true form.

In Sep 2022, we rented for an Alamo car at the Ottawa airport for 9 days and had a mixed experience.We quickly noticed that the car, a Hyundai Sonata, was low on air in one of the rear tires. After re-inflating, we determined that the problem was a slow leak, but by then we were 2 hours north of Ottawa (near Petawawa, Ontario) and beyond the range for a temporary (donut) spare. In itself, this gave us quite a negative impression of Alamo's rentals.Alamo recommended that we contact the Enterprise outlet in Pembroke for a tire repair. After about 24 hours, the repair shop determined that the tire could not be repaired, nor could they quickly find a new, replacement tire. As next steps, the Enterprise outlet was able to find us a replacement car in short order, and we continued on our way without incident.Overall, we give Alamo poor marks for renting a car with a defective tire, but we are especially grateful to Matt and Adam at the Enterprise outlet in Pembroke.Excellant service by the Pembroke Enterprise staff compensated for Alamo's oversight in renting a car that was not fully operational.

Everyone at Enterprise is always welcoming and inviting. The process is always seamless and I never had to wait around too long!Lexie is always bubbly and friendly,I would highly recommend!
