Krown Oshawa

My experience at Krown, from the desk to checkout, was a phenomenal, educational experience. I didn't want to leave.The staff here is above all else professional, yet extremely friendly.Tanya serviced me at the desk, and Andrew handled the spraying of my car. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about Krown's products, their makeup, where to use each, and has many years of experience with Krown. He explained everything that would be done in great detail.They sprayed every crevice, including inside the fenders, all the pillars and rockers, all of the engine bay, and the whole underbody with thin and wide spray nozzles. They also used Salt Eliminator on the whole body (designed not to interfere with T-40, Krown's rustproofing product). After that was done, they washed the car 3 (!!!) times with a foam cannon and different products, which were explained throughly to me.They let me in to briefly take a shot of the wash for the review I planned to give—Krown's policy for liability and safety is to keep customers out of the bay.They washed the car three times! They completed the job faster than they estimated. They were careful and respectful with my car. They asked what I wanted and got a good idea of how I use my car before they went on to the job. They let me know what they were going to do to the car before starting also. Fair price.

Amazingly talented staff who knows what they are doing and I got the job done well within the estimated time. The waiting area was clean and free of noise or smell from the workshop area. There are glass panes to see the work in progress on the waiting room.The car was washed twice (before the wash and after), and they use floor and seat covers to avoid the interior getting dirty. Love their work, very professional.

Fast, Friendly, Reliable service. Receptionist is very kind and sweet, makes your visit more pleasurable. Was in and out in about 30-45 mins, car cleaned up afterwards. Highly reccommend.

Awesome experience. They squeezed me in last minute and allowed me to pick it up at my convenience. Courteous and respectful. I will definitely suggest Krown Oshawa to everybody I know.

Very friendly service. It didn't take long to have my car protected with Krown Rust Protection. I recommend this location.I ended up going back to Krown near the end of April because it looked like there wasn't any undercoating applied to the underbody. No oily, greasy residue was visible. The owner of the franchise explained to me then, that Krown's undercoating sinks in the the metal to protect it from rusting or further rust. He gave the underbody another coat of the spray and I watched. I could see myself that it was beginning to dry up and sink in in spots of the body frame. That's something that is not explained or mentioned on Krown's website of videos that I have watched. Before photos before applying. During videos while applying it. After videos of how it looks.

Visited this place first time yesterday for my rust proofing. Great place and would recommend it. Service was exceptional, fast and really done well. Receptionist is such an awesome person and makes a visit real breeze.
