We have always had such a good experience with waste management. We run a plumbing company and our bin usually fills up before the pick up date. I own a bakery in Hamilton, when I first opened a few years ago I set up an account with WCC to have a dumpster outside my business. It gets picked up once every two weeks like clock work. Any issue I've ever had is handled immediately. Don't shop around, WCC is the best their customer service is second to none!!!!!!!

I have never felt so uncared for by a company I was working with. We use Waste Connections for our multi-family building garbage removal, and the only reason we are still using them is because they are our only option unfortunately.We have a large garbage bin that can only be pickup up by their truck. They have continued to place our bin back on the ground without closing the door, and placing it so close to a fence the door cannot be closed after. I emailed October of 2022 to request this be corrected and they make sure the doors are closed so that we can lock the bin and keep out community dumping. It is now May of 2023 and the request has yet to be resolved.The cost of this waste removal has gone up by an astonishing 50% in the meantime.I am incredibly disappointed in this company and would never recommend the to anyone looking for decent service.
