The owners are a beautiful family and go out of their way to help you out. Their prices are good and it’s so nice to have them in our community. Their coffee tastes so good as well as all their sandwiches and baked products. Their samosas are so delicious and you should try them out.

I had the worse experience of my life! Dealing with the absolute worst customer service ever... Demanding I use hand sanitizer, I kindly said no thanks. then the manager start yelling and demanding we leave the store.

It’s 10:15 on Sunday and myself and 5 others are all waiting for the store to open. Lady walks in, locks the door and makes us still wait till she’s ready to open. This is a regular thing on Sunday. Maybe hire someone who shows up on time? One guy got yelled at, another shook his head to say “she lives next door but don’t say anything or she’ll bite your head off.”

Never speak down to a customer for starters! Secondly, when someone politely declined using hand sanitizer, but has a mask on, don't resort to using profane language and asking me to leave by yelling at me and calling me names. This was the manager and an employee. Do better! Be better!

Wonderful small town general store ran by a lovely family. They try to keep their inventory full and always greet with a smile. My favorite part of running into the store is talking with them :)

Any reviews that are negative below me is with the old owners and staff ...we all know who, the new owners very awesome people ...so good for the ayton community residents to be able to go to the local store and not be barked at or harrassed by the staff, but treated with courtesy and respect as they recieve from the customers ..win win situation ..welcome to ayton you and your family
