Maple Ridge Golf Course
This is a public city owned golf course right? So can somebody explain to me why I’m seeing prime tee times on Sunday disappear before you can even book them on Wednesday morning at 6 AM!?!

Maple Ridge Golf Course
Maple Ridge golf course is a City of Calgary track that needs a lot of maintenance and attention, played eighteen holes there this week and quite frankly we were surprised at the lack of upkeep on everything. The tee boxes are blotches of sand and dry grass and the greens have never looked so bad in the 20 plus years I've been playing there, and good luck in finding a ball wash! The midweek green fees with cart came to 77 bucks, not a bad price considering, but the course is in decline and not sure what they charge for the weekends. Bottom line is they need to address the maintenance issues.

Great staff. Course is in good condition for how much newbies use it.Welcomes people with disabilities and accomplishments them.Snacks, hot dogs and Smokies. Few sandwiches and selection of drinks.Essential gear that you forgot can be found here. Can rent clubs.No driving rangeOverall a great if not the best city course.

Maple Ridge Golf Course
This is the best City owned public golf course in Calgary.Right now there are three holes that are closed and under construction to allow for an expansion of the Deerfoot turn off so it pretty much guarantees you the best score on a round of golf that you have ever had! LOLApparently the construction of the holes is ahead of schedule so it may not be too long into next season when they are complete. The 15 holes remaining are beautiful and mature.The staff (lady with glasses) are so welcoming and positive that you can't stay upset after meeting her.Golf season is like life, too short so get out there before it is over.

A superb urban cross country ski facility. Machine groomed trails over undulating easy terrain amidst the trees of the golf course.

Maple Ridge Golf Course
For a public city owned course this was a great place for a round of golf. I really enjoyed the course. There are some intimidating par 3s that really make you test your accuracy and club choices. The par 5s are quite forgiving so you are able to play them with a fun attitude.

Maple Ridge Golf Course
This was where I first tried out my new cross country skis 3 years ago and I hadn't been back since. It's only skier track set but it's such a beautiful course with lots of trail possibilities that it's now my new favorite. It took at least an hour to ski and there were lots of other skiers doing the same thing. You can park in the main parking lot or on the road. Witnessed swarms of cedar wax wings on the course.

Maple Ridge Golf Course
If you're golfing twilight, bring your bathing suit cause the sprinklers will come on without warning and the staff somehow doesn't have the ability to turn them off. Soaked our carts with phones, bags and everything in there. Being chased off the course by sprinklers is not something worth spending your money on.

Maple Ridge Golf Course
Not the best golf course out there but not the worst. The course is definitely a victim of being a city run course. Greens were patchy and very flat with few breaks. Fairways were wide, almost too wide at times, but I did enjoy the par 3’s.
