I had my first experience with Capital City Pool Serviced and I was extremely satisfied. Josh and Jake took the time to explain my entire system and were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Maurice, the owner, always takes the time to answer any of my questions, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

This is our first time using a pool service after recently adopting an older pool along with our dream house. The professional service that we received from Maurice was unbelievable. Maurice's experience was impressive, but what was more impressive is how he went about giving us quote that went through every single step. He spent over an hour with us answering every little question we had with enthusiasm, expertise and humility that was welcomed by my wife and I. Going to be very honest on this review. Me and my wife went in to CCPS on a Saturday afternoon in April with the intent on purchasing a Hydropool hot tub. There was a bit of miscommunication on the visit with the salesperson but everything was straightened out within a few days to make sure the tub we wanted with the correct options were ordered for us. As I like to say $h!T" happens sometimes but its how the issue is dealt with and what the company does to correct the wrong that really tells you who you are dealing with

We have been dealing with Maurice and his company for a number of years and have found them to be very friendly, courteous and efficient. They just installed a new liner today and their workmanship and dedication to the job, I'm sure, is unmatched in the industry. Their attention to detail is worthy of great praise. We have recommended them to others who, in fact, have called upon them to complete varied jobs. We won't use any other company.

This is our first summer in our house with a pool so we have no experience. Our neighbours recommended Capital City Pools and Colleen was great with helping us book our appointment and answering our initial questions. She was great at responding by email pretty quickly! Josh was the pool technician who came to open our pool. He was friendly, polite, and took the time to walk me through everything that he was doing. He was also kind enough to look at all of the equipment and chemicals that we had at the house to let me know what I needed/didn't need. He really went above and beyond! We are planning on upgrading our 20+ year pool in the near future and we will definitely be contacting Capital City Pools. Thanks for the great experience!

We had a new liner and lighting installed in our in ground pool a couple of days ago by Capital City Pools and we couldn’t be happier.We did get several quotes last fall with the intention of having the work done early this season. Capital City were not the cheapest but Maurice gave me a lot of confidence that the job would be done properly completely and with great professionalism. A job like this is not something you want to do again or to have any issues with…. so this was a key aspect as to why we chose Capital City.COVID did delay the work by about 6 weeks couldn’t be helped as the demand on the suppliers is extremely high.Josh did all of the work and I can’t speak highly enough of his thoroughness and professionalism. I observed the entire job and Josh went out of his way to explain what he was doing and to answer all of my many questions at each step. It was also Josh who measured the pool for the new liner and it fits like a glove which actually surprised me because the pool shape is a custom design.The liner and lighting was installed in about 7 hours and a couple of tanker trucks had the pool filled very quickly.I balanced the water, put the heater on and the family were swimming the next day!!If you are planning on a new liner or any pool repair of maintenance work… trust these guys to get it done right the first time…..I highly recommend them and you won’t be disappointed.

A neighbour recommended Capital City Pool Services and right from the start I had an amazing experience. The staff is pleasant and professional and the work done was quick and of the highest quality for an excellent price. So good I don’t think I’ll close or open my pool myself ever again!edit - June 2, 2022 - I just had Capital City replace my liner, return jets & skimmer and refinish my pool stairs. They did an amazing job and I am so happy! The fibreglass stairs look like new. Moe was super helpful with a but of a challenging case (pool is 40 years old and showing its age) and Josh is always super courteous and knows his stuff!

My husband and I are very happy with our experience with Capital City Pools.
