Clôtures St-Martin

They came and replaced my old wooden fence by a chain-link one with slats inserts. Some of the slats were slightly too short (came like that in the bag from the manufacturer) and the owner of clôture St-Martin (Luigi) came to personally replace them. He even left me a few extra. I would do business with them again.

The owner, Luigi, came to give me an estimate. He was extremely helpful in assisting me to determine where to place the fence around my pool. He also provided me with options to choose between in order to replace an existing fence. His suggestions were within my budget, aesthetically appealing and would allow me to have privacy. Within 48 hours, I received an estimate of the entire job and we agreed upon a date to begin the work.The first team, headed by Jonathan, arrived on time to install the posts.He went over everything before beginning the work, to ensure that I was totally on board. He offered some very useful suggestions. I did not know the location of the underground wires. To avoid the risk of damaging the wires, Jonathan decided to dig the holes manually. He used the earth to fill existing holes on my property. He and his team worked professionally and meticulously to complete the job.The next team arrived two days later to replace the existing fence. They did a fantastic job and made sure that each slat was in perfect condition and installed correctly. The last team arrived the following work day and installed the ornamental fence around the pool. They were just as meticulous as the previous teams. They even painted the screws!Clôture St-Martin is a family run company that takes pride in pleasing their customers. Although they are located in Laval, they service customers in other areas; including Ile Perrot. Their prices are extremely competitive. Their estimates are accurate. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Their employees are very professional and respectful of your property. I highly recommend this company. You will be extremely satisfied.

We are extremely satisfied with Clôtures St-Martin's service. We had our fence chain link fence installed 2 years ago. The installation team did great work, the administration communicated with us at every step, and when changes had to be made during installation they reimbursed us the difference without us following up. Great company!

Called a few times to ask they call me before they arrive. One day, got home and the job was done. Poor customer service, its just like they are doing people a favor when they come. No explanation is provided for example when the fens is not straight. Didn't ask to put the sign ads before puting it. Disapointed overall. 2 stars because they deliver and even fixed my old fens issue for free when kindly asked.

Luigi and his team did a great job installing my glass fence in the back yard 3 years ago . I had a situation where my stairs were moving and the glass railing detached and just came and refixed it at no charge as part of the warranty. Honorable and respectable business. I highly recommend them. Thank you Luigi and team! One happy client here :)
