Called them to jumpstart my car, the person who came asked me to try starting the car within seconds of plugging the jumpers in, told me to try again a minute later then said looks like you have to get a new battery" then left. Took me 100 dollars and 2 hours later to get someone more patient who did jumpstart my car with no problems"

do you know which cables to connect for jump starting a car? well neither did i until IJ and his partner helped me with my car. they eventuality got me back on the road safely. thanks for the help

Excellent service! I forgot where I parked my car and used the Find My Car App but it kept me walking back and forth in the campus for over an hour in the campus and I found myself completely lost. I called the security office and the gentleman that answered the phone was reluctant at first to send a security guard to help me. But finally he did and the security guard came and drove me to my car. I like to thank them for their help or else I would probably have to walk for another hour or more to locate my car.
