Living here for 2 years, couldn’t ask for more. Top notch concierge, friendly staff and building representatives, beautiful interior and lovely garden behind. Suitable for those who doesn’t like the busy junction of Y&E but still prefer to live in the area

Great building, clean amenities, amazing manager (Denio), and awesome concierge and caretaking staff.

Nice upscale luxury condo in a great neighborhood in midtown Toronto. Concierge staff were unfortunately the bane of my existence/1-year tenancy there: disorganized, unprofessional, and at times even rude. Other than that specific issue, the building is nice, good views, decent amenities, etc.

Management and concierge is unprofessional. Concierge is lazy and never answers phone calls or is at front desk most of the time.

I have been a resident of this building since more than 2 years. The management in the beginning was great. Then they changed the management company and after that everything is managed poorly. They change the building rules every other month for everything. They recently changed the visitor parking rules without informing the residents due to which my boss got a parking ticket. I was so embarrassed. Day before yesterday there was a lot of snow and water inside the building at the South entrance as the door was not closed properly. The drywall became wet and now the mold will grow in it. Other than that the elevator of this building is super slow and stops in between. I cannot believe a Tridel building is managed so poorly. Good luck with getting a parking spot in this building unless you are willing to pay $300 a month.

Always non-stop problems with Hot water, the HVAC, the Elevators etc.Not recommended… specially with the over priced condo fees and rents…!No!!!

The sour cream and onion buns I had were terrific. So soft and perfectly salted too!! I will be back for more!!
