The african american lady at the counter told a customer to St*u and yelled at a customer in front of me. I've never seen customer service like this before. She always looks very unhappy to be there. If you don't want the job, let someone else deserving have it. The management really needs to review her attitude towards customers.

Typical McDonald’s, it does have a play center which is rare these days. The only real downside is that the tables are often dirty. Plus the hours are either wrong on maps or the employees will close an hour early. It was a little weird tho as they had a bunch of people sitting around a table together hopefully a staff meeting and not a hangout sesh for employees friends.

Says the drive thru us open 24/7 both on google and McDonalds app. Ordered meal on app at this specific and no one was there working. Fix your hours online.

I get it. It's McDonald's. Cheap food and low wages for employees, but that's really no excuse for apathy. Show what you're made of, put on a smile and go the extra mile. You might find the customers start smiling back at you. You might find you enjoy the job more. You might even get a pay raise. I'll keep coming back for the low priced food. I wonder if I'll be surprised one day that the fun has come back.

First time I have gone in to eat since renovation. I enjoyed the openness of the dining room. As a senior I like a good buy, large decaf and two chocolate cookies for less than four dollars! I will be back.

In the days of covid you would think they would look after their washrooms better.. you have to leave the washroom with wet hands after washing because the hand drier does not work and has not worked for some time.

Wish this McDonald’s would just get shut down already. The staff do not care about the food they are making. Every time I order from this location my food is ALWAYS cold! It’s pretty pathetic that you can’t serve people hot food! Nuggets are hard as a rock! Fries are always undercooked and cold.

Plenty of parking. Clean. Organized. Kiosk machine works. Lots of seating. Pleasant staff. Great perks with points; Got my extra large coffee for free! Yay!

Worst customer service when I went for a drive through order. Was being given the wrong item at the window and even though I was being very polite, I was given attitude by the girl at the window. Then she proceeds to hand me the receipt and says “look”, acting like I’m the one who made the receipt. It’s just simple miscommunication there was no need for all the childish attitude. Big Mac tasted great though.
