Accessed this pharmacy for the first time today as they've taken over for University of Calgary's Varsity Pharmacy in the mean time due to COVID-19. Excellent service, speedy turn-around for returning phone calls, friendly and helpful staff. Getting my prescription, though couldn't leave a credit card with them for delivery purposes, was quite easy and painless. 10/10 would recommend.

The services aren't so bad here. The only issue for a four-star rating is that quite often they cannot meet the delivery deadline.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Use their free local delivery service and which is super handy! Switching from my previous pharmacy due to the great service.

Twice now have brought a prescription here for my infant son to be compounded into a liquid. First time, told in the morning"

It's suppose to be Purolator drop off spot. Purolator websites saying they should be open until 8:30pm today. Came there and closing time on their door was crossed out by marker. Next to it was written (by marker) 6:00 pm. Fix it with Purolator, making hard times to people.

Wide selection of vitamins, OTC drugs, and some few groceries. Staff are nice and professional!

Incredible service!!!The day I picked up a prescription happened to be the first day when they were using their new computer software system so understandably they encountered issues with printing a prescription receipt for me (so I could get reimbursed). They gave me a couple options; eventually they promised to mail me the paper receipt, which they did!Try getting any one of the big chain drugstores to do that. Fat chance!Their prices may not be the cheapest for everything, but as the old saying goes: “You pay for what your get.”Needless to say, first class service!

I picked up a new set of prescriptions. A few errors. 1. - they did not review the prescriptions before payment was requested.Luckily I asked, because:2. One presc was filled with a name brand - not generic as per previous Dr order (generic was $80 less)3. Second presc showed a refill which was an error4. Another drug was charged incorrectlyThe staff are very nice, but this was just too many errors on one visit!

I was disappointed with my visit to Market Mall Pharmacy yesterday. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment booked for a COVID booster. I arrived at 10:20 a.m. because I respect other people's time. I ended up waiting until 10:50 a.m. to get my shot. When I asked at 10:35 a.m. if the pharmacist was there, I was told yes, but the vaccine had to warm up. I was also told they were busy to which I replied, that's why I made an appointment." I have gone to that pharmacy over many years and this was a first. There is new ownership as of the end of 2021 and hopefully they are getting their bearings. Perhaps the pharmacist who gave me my shot - and who was standing there filling prescriptions AND overhead my 10:35 p.m. question - could have spoken up."
