Archgard Fireplaces

I have had this Archgard Pele fireplace now for several months and it has been exceptional. The controls/remote provide plenty of control for whatever purpose we need. From full heat with full fan to heat entire house quickly - to a slower flame with light fan to nicely keep the chill away. The service at Archgard has also been exceptional with very quick response to questions.

We have had our Archgard fireplace for several years and love it! Our model is the Ambiance Inspiration 29. Our house was built in 1927 and the only built-in heat sources were a traditional wood fireplace and a very old gas furnace with a single floor outlet. We chose the Archguard fireplace when we decided to get rid of the floor furnace and convert our wood fireplace to a gas fireplace. Because it would provide the only heat for our livingroom, large kitchen and study/office room, we wanted a fireplace that would provide some real heat throughout that space. This does! The rooms get comfortable quickly. The remote allows for 6 adjustments for heat/flame; blower; and interior light. It's easy to adjust any of those at any time as needed. You can also use the remote as a thermostat. To quickly move the heat to fill the space we put the blower on high at first, then lower the blower and heat once the rooms get warm. The sound is relatively gentle even on the highest setting and is quite soft on the lowest; it is way more pleasant than the blowers we heard on other brands when we were shopping for this. Or, you can turn the blower off and just have the flame which is silent. The fireplace logs, flame and glowing embers are all very attractive. Archguard's customer service is excellent too. We are very pleased!

I purchased two Archgard Fireplace inserts. One was purchased 10 years ago the other 7 years ago. Both of the fans have broken. The first one 3 years ago costs me $375. To replace and I can not find. replacement fan for the second one that broke a few weeks ago.. I can not buy one on the internet. The distributor that I purchased the units from are out of business. I have called the Archgard Company and they will not sell me a replacement fan. They said they would get back to me but never did. I do not recommend purchasing from their company.

I'm amazed Bill the owner took the time to investigate my emails with the store I purchased my unit from seeing the issues I was having and took time out of his extremely busy schedule to personally reach out to me to help he traveled hours to come see the unit for himself and then personally returned with the parts needed to get me going im so impressed he took the time to stand by his product and make things right Bill can't thank you enough anyone reading this please know you will always get the personal service that's unmatched 100percent. I'm a service manager and hope I give my clients the same attention he does.

I have been talking with Adam from Archguard since for a couple of months about a fireplace solution for our residence. I have to say that their level of customer service and the products they provide are excellent. Based on my experience to date I would not hesitate to recommend them, they communicate clearly, they care about their products and they care about doing the right thing and providing the right solution. A number of gas fitters use their products, I would suggest you look at their product line with your chosen gas fitter, I don’t believe you will be disappointed.

After 3 years paint came off. When asked by service company the reply from Archgard was just normal wear. I spent over 5 thousand and the paint is only good for 3 years??

I cannot say enough about Archgard’s customer service. Adam is AMAZING. He worked to get everything resolved and answered all of our questions. We now have a fireplace that puts out a ton of heat and looks great!

Pellet stove I bought was very expensive.Thought I was getting top of the line.Installers that were recommended by Archgard had no idea on what they were installing.I got it running myself after a week of trouble shooting.Been working good for the amount I use it in the shop.I will go to Canadian tire to buy if I did it again.Better service.
