MC Dispatch has been amazing! Jerry Dubuc walked me through every step of the way and has went above and beyond for all of my shipping needs! Honestly, if you want a reliable small company to take care of you, contact them! Thanks for everything.I wanted to update this review: I'm continued to be so impressed by the level of service from this company. I receive responses from Jerry Dubuc honestly within minutes of me reaching out... I don't know if he ever stops working! The drivers are always so friendly and polite - and what's even more amazing is that they are always right in the time window expected. The company always tries to get you the absolute best bang for your buck and hands down beats every other dispatch company I have looked into (and that is SEVERAL). Thanks again!

I do not recommend this place to work at. They work you like an animal and never give you days off and if you ask for one you get punished. They are not organized or good at communication. It was fun to work at first but now there very unreasonable with scheduling making you work everyday and if you don’t want to work a day you are threatened by being told you are replaceable. Also no benefits either.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Bruce, he was super polite, very thorough and detailed about the process which I appreciated as most courier companies give very limited information. The pricing was great and overall it was a very easy, quick and lovely experience. :)

As an individual looking to get a large TV picked up and delivered to my home (Grande Prarie to just outside of Edmonton) I couldn’t have been happier to have chosen MC Dispatch to do the job for me. I talked to Claudette and she was extremely helpful and made the process polite and easy. I will definitely be calling her back for any of my future deliveries and giving MC Dispatch a thumbs up to my friends and family as well.

I had a fantastic experience with ‘MC’ Dispatch! I needed a parcel delivered to the University of Alberta and they picked up my parcel and had it delivered all within 4 hours!
