Pest Control Guru

We have had hired Pest Guru on 2 occasions and both the issues were resolved quickly and professionally. We had a wasp nest and Art came out a few times to make sure it was gone. The nest was in a difficult place to access, an outside brick wall. The place of business he serviced is a charity supporting military and first responders and he did not charge for any follow ups. Recently, we had a bed bug scare and Art came out inspected everything, provided an education about bedbugs, and left a couple traps just to confirm there were no bugs. Art knows the pest business! Awesome service and job completed as promised. Called them for two wasp nests well hidden and inaccessible under a deck. They came out the same day and had them both removed promptly. Definitely recommend and would hire again.

My girlfriend and I had mice in the crawl space of our house. Art was able to come the next day and set us up with various traps, and poison boxes that kill the mice after just one feeding. Everything that he provided us was pet friendly, so I didn't have to worry about my dog getting into it. Art is very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in his investigation. He was able to find the point of entry, and after a few days and 6 dead mice we were mouse free. Art was always available through text or phone to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend using his services.

Art arrived within 2 hours of calling him. Within 1/2 hour he found two wasp nests, one in the house and one outside. Both nests were destroyed, the mess was cleaned up nicely and he plugged the holes where they were coming in. Which included digging up a bit at the front of the house. They provided a spring, outside intervention as a preventative step against ants and spiders (and other unwanted guests!). Also provided lots of information on bats and other rodents that was helpful. This is a business we will use again in the future!

Art was very quick to respond when I called about a continuous wasp problem under my front deck. He was prompt, explained everything so we could understand what was happening or would take place and he effectively got rid of the huge nest!
