I have accounts in 3 different banks in Montreal & Laval and the service I am getting from CIBC with Mrs. Rita layoun is the best bank service ever in Quebec till now I got.

Long lines waiting. Service can be easily improved with more reps. They are overloaded w work so they forgot about waiting customers. Juma was a very hardworking customer service last time I was there last week. Avoid lunch hours visit to this branch.

I'm a client here. I called almost a week a go for an appointment with a financial advisor and still waiting for a return call. I'm thinking of changing bank. UPDATE IT'S NOW BEEN 11 MONTHS AND STILL NO CALL BACK AND YES I CALLED MORE THAN ONCE.

CIBC Branch with ATM
Spent an hour there filling a form two weeks ago to transfer funds... As per CIBC Investors Edge, the branch never submitted the form. Meanwhile, no one calls me to tell me if there's an update or anything.. It's sent and we're forgotten.This is not the first branch that does not know how transfer forms works, so be warned.
