Very unprofessional and lots of delays. Do NOT choose this. I paid a lot for Priority. Paid customs fee two days before delivery date, it is not updated online when I track the package. Says Delay

I guess delivery companies that fail to deliver on the promised day should be fined!Not respecting us as customers and not respecting our time should not be free!We wait at home waiting for the delivery because we cannot leave, otherwise they will say the receiver is not home and then they leave it in a spot for us to go and pick it up.And this is what they want in fact.And if we wait they keep postponing till they say at the end of the day, rescheduled for next business day! And the next business day is not guaranteed either!This a total abuse of our rights as citizens!This should not continue like this , and this not just about Fedex but about many other delivery companies in Quebec that operates the same way.They don’t care cause seems no one is watching them!I guess we should sign a petition and complain to the government to fine those companies otherwise they will continue with what they are doing forever!Too bad no one is watching them! Convenient location inside Place Ville Marie. Staff was friendly and helpful.Also helped me pack up my pkg.

Went to recover a package. The lady working the service desk was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond in trying to recover the package despite me not having a tracking number on hand. This was an example of great customer service. Place is not street facing anymore but close to the concourse entrance.

I told the delivery person to leave my package ONLY IF the mailbox is available. They just left it in the lobby and now I can't find it...

This place is not a shipping center. They don't know how to ship. They assume people just lay around all day and wait for their package to arrive. I'm not always at home so please consider to inform your customers that the delivery is about to happen. Amazon does it so well, they inform what time the package arrives and also CALLS the recipient when they don't answer the door. That way, the recipient can give indications to where the package can be put.Also, I tried to call the Fedex shipping center and only a robot answers and it doesn't help at all. Give us some real customer service.

Initially, the anticipated delivery date for the package was for the 28th. Accordingly, I made arrangements to be present at home during that time. However, later in the afternoon, the status was updated to indicate a delay. On the 29th, while I was at home, I received a notice stating that no one was available to accept the package”! Good service when you're actually there, but knocked off a star because they don't actually hold packages for the full 5 business days. They called me and were only willing to hold it 3 business days.

I don’t like FedEx, they find all excuses to not to work. They don’t want to deliver, find every excuse to force you to pick up , I asked re-attempt delivery 3 times in 3 separate days yet they still haven’t attempt to deliver(they keep finding excuse not to deliver keep holding my package and lie on the phone, telling lies saying it will be sent out tmw. Then the next day is still holding ). If FedEx doesn’t want to work why still keep this company.
