I had Kelowna Deck and Rail redo my vinyl deck with new grey timber vinyl decking and white aluminum railing with a gate. Very happy with the results and they finished the project in two days. Price was very competitive, $1500 cheaper than their competitors. They kept me in the loop for when it would be done and let me know the process. I used Kelowna deck and rail after seeing the quality of the work at my neighbours house. I have zero complaints and am surprised at the two negative reviews.I’m sure if more people reviewed, the positive reviews would outweigh the two negatives!

Was the worst deck building I have ever witnessed.Nothing to code.Actually unsafe.Up to one inch difference between steps.Not level ,out of square.Too much slope.Railing crooked. On and on.

Sven and his team were great! So quick to respond to my questions, very personable, very prompt in scheduling the installation, and best of all the install and product were excellent. They installed while we were out of town without any issue, and they even did a post install inspection to ensure the craftsmanship. This is the way a business should be run!!

We recently had Kelowna Deck and Rail redo our vinyl decks. Sven removed and replaced the existing glass and rails and Lewis installed the vinyl decking. Both men were polite, professional, meticulous and caring. The installation took four days and the price they quoted was fair and competitive. We have no hesitation in recommending their service and workmanship.

Used them twice to put vinyl deck material down,. The installer did a great job. Then hired them to install railings. Gets a 0 for this. The owner actually came out and did a lousy job. The railings are not centered or evenly spaced. After just after a couple years now all the upright spindles are breaking off. The last railing we had lasted 20 years. This will have to be replaced after 5-8

Worst place to deal with. Terrible installation. Doesn't listen to the customer. Not sure how they stays in business
