OK Tire

Wow…. So they had my VW Golf in for 2 hours only to finally call me and say they didn’t do anything and wouldn’t touch the car until they sold me a set of new tires. My old ones have 50% tread left. Total waste of my time! Also tried to upsell me ball joints and sway bar links that were recently done 3 months ago. Nice try though.Very glad they have competitors who helped me out and were honest. I only needed a new lower ball joint before the alignment and nothing else. They got it done and didn’t refuse anything.Thanks Kal Tire!Ok tire is not to be trusted.And no, we will not be in touch you have wasted enough of my time. And the slow leak caused by the puncture was not fixed but it was dealt with elsewhere.

Awesome people. Greeted with smiles, Duane and everyone working there was very friendly. They made every effort to get us in since we were just passing through and had a bad wheel bearing. They got us in and out and on our way to continue our adventure. Thank you!

Just a truly exceptional experience!! I am a car dealer and deal with all sorts of shops every week...We purchased tires at a different Ok tire and sent the customer on his way only to find there was a wheel shake once up to speed and hour down the road.. I phoned this location at 4.00 and they were so kind and willing to help!! Amazing! Got customer all fixed up and on his way.....so appreciated!!! continued success!!

Absolutely excellent. Just had my summer tires put at Kia West. The technician only put 4 out nuts on my wheel.The fellow at OK looked after me right away.Told me how loose another of my wheels was.No charge. He was fabulous. I could easily rate this experience 5 stars in service and safety.

Terrific local business - we have purchased tires for three vehicles from this company - excellent deal...now they have brake and suspension service for my older vehicle. Quotes are accurate - cooperative, trustworthy, they let me know any problems arising and the rates are reasonable. I recently lost my go to" mechanic who suffered a stroke .... glad to find this company as a replacement."

I got a good deal on tires, but when I went back to get them rebalanced, they gave me an appointment for weeks in the future. I think they should have dealt with it then, because the original bad job was their fault.They sell tires, but their job is customer service.I'll pay someone else to do the balance on my schedule.

Was given a quote of needing full front break pads, rotors and calipers replaced on both sides of my vehicle, but after another company looked at them non of it was needed to be done this spring (2023); possible need of new pads only in the fall.They also broke the wheel studs on my wheels every time they did the tire changes from winter to summer.I recommend that you know what is needed and get detailed visual verification from the mechanics of this establishment and never take their word for it.
