Steve was a pleasure to work with, he came and helped my boyfriend and I back into our cottage after our electronic lock's battery died late at night. He was prompt, extremely friendly and great to talk to, not to mention reasonably priced. We definitely recommend!

Mark at action lock was incredible. Called him to install a hi tech wifi lock on a very old door. He was there within a day and was able to custom fit the lock to the door and make it work perfectly! Can’t say enough good things about this company and Marks service!

Steve is great to work with. He came out to our office and he was able to re key the keys for our filing cabinet instead of having to replace it all. He had it done in under an hour and was so quiet we didn't even notice him.

Mark was great and on time! Our new keypad Bluetooth lock was not working properly. He reinstalled and retrofitted it into our old door. It works perfect now.

Kim and Steve do their absolute best to help their customers as best they can. They are responsive (even in the middle of the night), and if they can't help, they are quick to refer to someone who can. They truly care about the safety of their customers. Speak with them first when you need assistance with home secutiry!

I was referred to Action Lock by my Remax agent's office. They highly recommend them to their clients. Very pleased with the excellent job done by Steve. I contacted the office regarding my front door lock that was not latching properly. He arrived within a few hours and right on time because this was a big safety issue for me. He took care of the problem and it is working perfectly again.
