Days Inn by Wyndham Moose Jaw

Used towels, dirty room, poor customer service, no internet.We showed up exhausted and asked for a room. Their internet didn’t work so they couldn’t fully book us in but told us guest internet is working. However since they couldn’t check us in, we couldn’t log onto the internet.We walk into the room, there is a crumbled hand towel on the shower curtain. So we went through the towels to make sure they were clean. There was a used face towel that was folded on the rack.With all of this, we didn’t get one apology for the any of the issues from their staff.

This hotel was very dirty, the beds had clean sheets but the floor was so gross and the stairwell looked like it was never vacuumed. We even found a mouse trap in the room

Really impressed with his hotel in Moose jaw Saskatchewan I have to give it a five star rating because it is very clean and it has everything you need for a vacation or a stay at a reasonable price,, The pool has a hot tub and waterslides to keep the kids busy and is very clean and very modern,, I found the rooms to be clean I found them to be bright and wide and open and I found the bed very comfortable and the pillows very comfortable which is very important,, in the morning I enjoyed their breakfast that opens up at 6 o’clock in the morning and it has a hot breakfast called breakfast it’s got muffins everything a person would want to get going in the morning,, along with this it’s easy to find it’s just off highway one and it has lots of parking,, I definitely would stay here every time I came to Moosejaw Saskatchewan at the Days Inn by Wyndham,, The counterstaff and the people in the cafeteria in the morning definitely made me feel 100% at home and welcome

Black mold in every tub on the 4th floor. I know because I asked for a room with no black mold and did a walk through with the attendant of available rooms. Money was refunded no problem as the attendant understood my concerns. Do not recommend

We stopped here on our road trip with the kids, and were greeted by friendly staff, who offered some treats for the kids and gladly brought a playpen for the infant. We went to the pool right away and the kids all had a blast. The water in the hot tub had just been changed but it was nice and hot when we got in. I had the impression that the pool and hot tub were well maintained and cared for. Our room was clean, but the beds were kind of concave (depressed in the middle). Breakfast was very good compared to othe hotels. Hot english muffins with egg & sausage. Pancake machine, and lots of other options.Well priced also.

The rooms were dirty, poolWas disgusting and staff were extremely rude.I would not recommend this hotel ever. I didn’t meet one friendly staff member in this hotel. The two women at the front desk with zero patience for kids. Especially the one with short dark hair and glasses. I was scared to have her around my children. I give this hotel 0 stars. Sports teams avoid this hotel at all cost, you will have constant complaints from the front desk.

Location was just off the highway. Service was good. Rooms are showing their age. Beds and sofa beds are getting lumpy and should be replaced. The rooms need some retro fitting as wear and tear is already showing. Bathroom remodeling should be 1st up!

Don’t be fooled by the low price of rooms. In this case you do get what you pay for. Hotel is old and tired. Room was unclean with black mold in the tub/shower, stained carpet and gross stains on duvet. Far better options in Moose Jaw.
