I would like to share the wonderful experience I had shopping my rugs at the Oakville location. The professional expertise of the owner and Helen helped me decide what to buy. They have a great variety of rugs all of very good quality. Helen was very patient looking at the photos and helping me to chose the best option. What is more, they also offered me the option to bring home the carpets and to return or exchange them without any fee/depisit. This policy is a very good help to find out whether the rug looks good or not at home. I would definetely recommend this place if you need to buy a rug. I am sure you will feel satisfied with this shopping experience and with your purchase. I wish success to the owner and his daughters. You can feel that this businees is ran with their heart. They did some work for us a few years ago and I went back to them because that experience was quite good. Disappointed this time around. They installed vinyl flooring, some of which was discoloured. Despite promises to address the issue, nothing has been done ... and its now been 5 months. I have finally given up!

Recently purchased 2 area rugs. we've never been before, it was an amazing experience! The quality is amazing and the prices are great! Customer service was amazing. The owner and Christine are very helpful!

We ordered some hardwood flooring and runner including installation from flooringca.Paul was the first and only offering samples to take home to help us decide.Louie was super helpful with coordinating shipment and installment. We are very happy with the quality and results.

we bought carpet for the upper level of our home from this store and had them install it. We were told that we had chosen a great quality carpet and underlay and that it would last us for a long time. After about a year the carpet became black against all of the walls and at the seams were they cut it. We called to complain and they came out to have a look and we were told that this is normal for a cream coloured carpet. We have a cream coloured carpet in our basement that was there when we bought the house 16 years ago and it still looks new so this doesn't make sense. Now the carpet has started to come loose and is starting to ripple in some areas. I called the store again to be told this is also normal and we can pay them to come out and stretch it out and fix it. No thanks! I will not spend another dollar at this store. Now we are stuck with this ugly looking carpet throughout the entire upper level of our home and will have to replace the whole thing which is so disappointing. Wish i could give zero stars!

After doing my homework on carpet buying, and getting 3 quotes I found that this company not only came in at the best price but their carpet was by far the best in quality and design. They were prompt in getting installation done. A pleasure to deal with and so happy I found them as there was about $1000 saving from other quotes. Highly recommended.

We recently changed the flooring throughout our house (main floor, carpet on the stairs and top floor bedrooms). Flooring Ca was our first and only choice when it came to product and install.Louie was fantastic to work with - i was provided with lots of different samples to pick from and being able to bring the samples home, take my time and get the real feel helped so much more.We picked fantastic products including the Karastan carpet!!! Couldn’t be happier with our decisions. When it came down to install day, Memo and his team were absolutely incredible. Not only did they do a great job but they were so friendly and happy!!! Hard to find these days.Overall, we are so happy and will highly recommend Flooring Ca to everyone we know!
