There is something to be said for a mechanic shop that still runs on integrity. Came in without an appointment but in dire need of assistance. KEVIN was more than willing to help any way he could, even with a shop full and a few hours from close. The communication throughout the process was great and genuine concern and understanding was amazing. Speedy in diagnosing and checking everything over insuring I was safe and ready to be on the road . So Thankful for all of the assistance and will be a forever customer even if I have to drive a ways to get there.

They were great. I got a flat tire at 5:00 pm on a Thursday night. I put air in it on I could make it to a tire shop. Two other shops wouldn't take me in. They put me in and fixed the nail hole in my tire. I needed to go on a trip after that so they saved my trip.

I went in for a wheel alignment on April 28th, 2023. The alignment went well and the car was driving great.I decided to do the brake service today (May 29th). I look down at my rear passenger wheel, and I see a massive warp in one of the lug nuts (pictured below).The mechanics here were the last ones to torque my wheels, which is a little frustrating.I was trying to figure out how this could’ve happened, so I tested all the other lug nuts on the rear passenger wheel. It seems as though those lug nuts were tightened a lot more than the other sections of the car.I’m pretty frustrated because now the brake job can’t be finished.

Kevin helped me get a price match on four new tires! They were quick, precise, and reliable to work with. He got me in right away and it was done in a timely manner. They even gave me a better price than the competitors on the price match!I will definitely be returning for any auto needs.

I am writing a 5 star review for Kevin and Midas St Albert. I have had my oil changed there 3 times and each time has been a great experience. On my last oil change, Kevin had to order my oil filter and personally called me to tell me to show up 1 hour later so I would not have to wait for it to arrive. (who does that?)See you in a few months.

Had my Oil change done and really like the way how they do their customer service. Kevin and Marissa was very professional and explained thoroughly what is needed to be done for my vehicle and gave recommendations which is extremely helpful especially for someone like me that does not know much about vehicle maintenance. I came the next day to have my calipers replaced ( as I thought it was needed ) and these guys are very honest with their business and told me that I do not needed it and my brakes just needs some cleaning. These guys are not some cash grabbers like others, They will tell you with integrity if there is something that is really needs to be done. Many businesses can do an excellent service but Integrity towards business is something that these guys sets a miles apart from the others. These guys are awesome!

The service I received from Kevin was out of this world. They were so informative and understanding of my situation and all around, showed that they cared about the conditions of my vehicle. Upon getting my inspection improved, they also went above and beyond for another issue that arose while receiving their services and they did what they could to resolve all issues. I could not be more appreciative and would recommend Midas to anyone.

Despite being busy, I was greeted with a welcome. Kevin was helpful and knowledgeable. I had shopped around for tires and found Midas to have the lowest price. Aside from submitting an appointment form the night before, Sunday, thinking that I could get an appointment for Monday, Marissa was helpful in booking me in for Monday. Marissa was helpful in finding my tires, despite a small price error on their website. Marrisa was able to expedite my credit card info to Kevin allowing for my prompt appointment time. Despite being very busy and having to communicate with two different people, the process of buying my tires and getting them installed was a painless experience. All parties involved are professional, prompt, efficient and welcoming. Thank you for helping me get my tires.

Noticed a nail in my tire and the shop got me in the same day. Provided quick service and a thorough inspection alongside patching the tire. Reviewed the inspection with me afterwards and what work needed to be done but didn’t feel pressured into doing any of it right away and let me know I had some time to address some of the issues. Very low stress experience which was great for someone always anxious about car problems!

Kevin was fantastic at getting me in today as I urgently needed my tire fixed, which had a screw in it and wasn't holding air. The service, friendliness, and thoroughness of my car was top notch. I am super happy with the service I experienced. Thank you Kevin!
