Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Carla was fantastic and looked after every detail. The rest of the team were always helpful and they were accommodating in every aspect of my order. My nonna's 90th would not have been the same experience without the incredible people at Surprize! I would recommend to anyone needing that extra special touch to their event. Suprize Enterprize has AMAZING customer service. The team saved me in a pinch, and helped me throughout the process of my events. The manager was helpful enough to call me day of my event to check in. He reassured me that everything was going to run smoothly and it did!!! i would highly recommend them!

Rachael is the only person i deal with at that company as the other person who is there was not or has not been helpful to me in any situation . Next time you place an order or set up an account defiantly as for Rachael . She goes above and beyond for all her clients , i have spoken to many other local balloon companies and they only want to deal with Rachael . I just want to say that Surprize Enterprize has the most amazing customer service i have experienced from any of my suppliers . I just recently opened up my Balloon business and they have been super helpful every step of the way i.e. helping with expediting orders , the types of balloons i should be using and even helping with questions i had about bubble balloons. Their prices are have been better then the other competitors and their team actually cares about all the small business . It does not matter if i order $100 dollars worth of supplies or $5000 everyone gets treated the same . I would strongly recommend this company to anyone .

Surprize Enterprize is a up and coming company with a wide sections of balloons for all types of parties and get together. The staff are very helpful when you have any questions about their products. Their prices are very comparable or better than their competitors. It is very quick and easy to make orders with them and they are very quick on getting the orders out to their clients.

I am relatively a new customer with the company Surprize, I have been more than satisfied with the customer service they have provided. We are new to the balloon industry;the selection of balloons is fantastic as well as the price and quality. The helium tanks are also a great price. Gennaro is our sales representative and has handled everything from our initial set up and also spent time training our staff on how to feel comfortable blowing up balloons and creating balloon bouquets; I was recently very impressed with the customer service when he made a special trip to refill our helium tank so we could provide over 350 balloons for a community event. We have been very successful in selling balloons and feel that a large part of that success came from what we learned from Gennaro and the customer service team. Thank You very much for you support. You will have our business for a very long time :)

*edited* I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple years and have had a great experience using Surprize as a supplier. There have been a couple mishaps, but have been resolved efficiently by their upper management team. Great with stock/inventory levels, and have a wide variety of products. Accommodating with helium orders, and also great with shipping. Would recommend!

I don't recommend this Balloons Store, the staff is very rude. The website is not updated it said it's open not mentioning only pick up. We came from Scarborough we ask favor to get some balloons & it's not allowed.I took a day off from work for this. The Staffonly said Sorry

My experience at Surprise Enterprize Inc was incredible. The place has everything! I almost had a hard time deciding what to buy there were so many options. Lucky for me a literal clown, in full wardrobe and makeup, was in the store also buying balloons. He provided all sorts of laughs. I knew I could find anything I needed, which says a lot considering the helium shortage. The staff made certain to keep inventory to serve me and really made me look like the coolest dad when I was able to show my children the life size Spider-man mylar balloon, along with an assortment of singing mylar balloons.
