Took my 5 year old daughter here for her first earrings and then this weekend as an 11 year old for her 2nd earlobe stud piercing. Great client service and perfectly executed every time. Always a positive experience. Great staff.

Took my 11 year-old daughter here to get her first ear piercing because I had read positive reviews about the Inverness system. Our beautician was lovely. She was very kind and patient, and my daughter, who was quite nervous, was put right at ease. It has been a month since her piercings, and no problems at all. The atmosphere was pleasant, conveniently located and with very nice staff. Great place for children and families!

I have had my brows done here many times and they always do a good job. It is normally pretty busy and sometimes you do have to wait longer to get seated. They do try to sell you everything and while it is really annoying all you have to do is tell them no, it's not that hard. The price is fair for the work they do, and after waxing they normally touch up my makeup for free as well.

The staff who helped me were very nice and friendly. Helped me schedule a last minute appointment and pierced my ears with good advice and attentiveness. Thank you!

A few days ago I visited Caryl Baker Eaton center location for the first time. I would like to recognize Michelle for her fantastic work and professionalism durning my first appointment. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, she was able to clearly explain each step of my oxygen facial. From the moment I entered she made me feel comfortable and confident with her work. I have plans to return to this location for another treatment with her in a few weeks.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced 6 months ago. Based on reviews this looked like a great place to get my infant's ears pierced. When I asked them if the earrings they were using were safe for the babies, they told me that it was completely safe and baby will not be able to take them out. But yesterday I found my 10 month old daughter had taken one of her earrings out and she was trying to put it in her mouth. I was horrified and took off her other earring too. It was really scary for me to find my daughter trying to put the sharp earring in her mouth. I had never taken them out in these 6 months and I checked it daily during her bath-time to see if they were loose. I do not think these earrings are safe for babies and they should not falsely advertise themselves as specializing in infant and child ear piercing. I would strongly advise parents against going to this place to get their baby's ears pierced.

A wonderful experience! Took our daughter for her first ear piercing, and the staff were super friendly, accommodating and made the whole experience very comfortable for our little girl. They took time explaining the care treatment, plus gave us a take home card with all the care instructions. Would highly recommend!
