I was looking for gluten free products. And they have it. But, sometimes store sign is wrong. Please careful to check it when you buy it. Because, I have no idea which one is gluten free. That's why, I was checking package.But, I also found it store sign. They had gluten free" "keto" and "plant". It was gluten free sign. But

We tend to go here quite often and the experience is good ….. however the one cashier ….Suzie is very polite everytime we go in she always has a smile on her face and she greets everyone upon cash out. I have worked in customer service for years and the experience we get going in is excellent . We will be back for sure . Most places don’t have customer service like this anymoreThanks

Trespassed from store for 5 years by police who came to my home . Ridiculous story . I was verbally lashed upon by two rude female customers . I defended myself with with some harsh remarks . As i was leaving the store a Goodness Me male employee told me to F off . Got home called manager Shawn . He was very rude and defensive so I simply hung up . I just wrote the incident off .No swearing occurred but I was loud at the store when dealing with the two rude female customers . An hour later police were at my home . How embarrassing. They left shaking there head at the story . I called HR Goodness me . They offered me curbside service if I wanted to continue shopping there or i could travel to the Guelph store SMH . I'm a retired firefighter and soldier . I do have mental health issues and this situation impacted me in a big way . They could care less . Never have I been treated in such a way . I now shop at HEALTHY PLANET . That's a great store and my go to from now on . FARM BOY does the rest . Good bye Goodness Me

Not professional at all!The staff stand around and talk to each other on the sales floor or by the cash for up to 30 minutes (or more) at a time.Everyone is on their cellphone or has headphones in their ears while working.The morning cashier will walk away from her till and leave the cash area unattended( a great way to get your store robbed)Constantly has expired food left on shelves and in the fridge/freezer sections.Will forget or leave old sale tags up where the deal was 1-2 weeks back(I counted 16 old sale tags just in with the packet gravy and sauces).If a products home is filled, they continue to add products, making it impossible/unsafe to get certain items.Shelves are bending and collapsing under the weight of cans.ran in quick to get some cheese and noticed a small pile of ANTS of the floor between the cheese and drink coolers.used to be an avid shopped at this location, but ever since some of this staff and management has changed, so has the quality and cleanliness of the store.I'll avoid this location as much as I can from now on!

Turn over is crazy here - new staff all the time. The manager is barely on the floor and sales staff are always on tik tok. Very unprofessional, nobody is really running things. I’ve been shopping here a lot since the plandemic and it’s unfortunate that the staff culture doesn’t match company culture. Don’t get me wrong the, some of the cashiers are super sweet and wonderful associates. The problem is higher up.

Discrimination.The cashier I believe Isabella shows discriminatory nature. While waiting in queue when my turn came she moved from my aisle to another aisle to help bag another aisle that already had a cashier to attend. Then I moved to the other aisle. When a new customer came to the previous aisle she moved back to the aisle and checked him out. You cannot pick and chose the customer you want to serve! A review is the first way to start. Check your cameras on Saturday between Jan 21 2:30 and 3:00 p.m

Great store to buy organic produce. Very reasonable prices on most items, large case of organic salad greens $4.99, large case of organic baby spinach $4.99, best part is, the greens are so fresh as though they were just picked from farm to your table. OrganicCarrots, celery for the price of conventional produce.My wife loves their selection of cruelty free beauty and household products that free from harmful chemicals.Thank you Goodness Me for coming to Cambridge.
