Just went to the Essex location for the 1st time and will definitely be going back. They had a great selection in all departments and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you to the girl in the paint department (sorry, I didn't get her name) who helped us pick out stain for our deck and a special thanks to Chase who went out of his way to take great care of us :)

The staff feel like family, everyone is really nice and welcoming. Very friendly environment!(Update after 4 months)My thoughts on Home Hardware have not changed. It changed for the better, I am so happy to work here and it is a lovely environment. We are like a family. (Essex and Tecumseh locations)

Home Hardware employees are the best. I will always go there for advice before I go anywhere. EVERY Home Hardware I have ever been to has been, hands down, absolutely the most knowledgeable in EVERY PROBLEM. Always helpful and available when needed, and they are all very kind and just really good friendly people. They have been extremely helpful to me over the years and I always greatly appreciate it. I would and do highly recommend any and all locations of Home Hardware. The Essex location is amazing and always available and willing to help with your projects or problems.
