I cracked my phone on Friday and went to Jake on Saturday! He fixed my phone within 10 minutes. After that, I had a little problem with my phone so the next day he told me to come back and he fixed the problem right away and was extremely caring about it. He is a real one and I'm so happy that I decided to go to him. I will definitely stick with him with all my screen repairs in the future from now on. His prices for screen repairs are so affordable compared to what Apple or Samsung charges! Thank you again Jake!

Unbelievable help. Jake is super knowledgeable not just in repairing my iPhone screen but also explaining different techniques. He also is aware of cell carriers stance on cracked screens for trade in purposes. Professional and honest team at Royal. Definitely recommend.

A man named Jake took really really really good care of me. Nobody want to fix my s6 edge lock button for me but he took time listen and fix. Also fair price, very respectable man. I say good here it is worth whatever they ask

I recently stopped in to have a screen replaced before sending back my trade-in. Before just taking my money Jake gave me his honest opinion and tried to save me the glass repair cost with his knowledge of Verizon’s trade in process. If your looking for cell screen repair, look no further!!! If i ever need a screen repaired again, i wont look anywhere else. Excellent cell phone Repair. Put in New Battery and glass back on LG. 2nd time replaced back, due to Otter's guaranteed glass breaker.Maps shows their on First floorof Mall. Moved to 2nd.They have a booth on the 2nd floor. Go thru JC Penny's, straight to walkway. Turn Right. You will see booth on crossover on your left. P

They were very responsive, affordable, fast, and fun to work with! Jake hooked me up with a really speedy repair of my iPhone X, showed me what he was doing, and wall all-around very pleasant to work with! They offered a really fair price, better than what their competitors quoted, and I'm super pleased with the outcome! 10/10

I thought I was going to have to buy my son a new phone after the broke it. But he fixed my sons phone very quickly. He was very kind & professional & also gave me a free screen protector along with my service. Priced very affordable as well!

My battery life was at 54% capacity with NO other issues to the phone. It has worked fine for the 2.5 years I've owned it, and just to clarify I did buy it brand new from Apple. Once they completed the battery replacement I left. Once I tried to use my phone, I immediately noticed my home button was not working properly. I brought my phone back to them kindly asking for assistance- I wanted to be as friendly as possible to insure they would help me. Instead- the owner began to tell me my phone was broken when he received it, stating the battery has no correspondence to the home buttons malfunction. (A simple google search states otherwise :) )I simply explained that the home button worked just fine beforehand. I did see his reply in these comments to my brother STILL claiming the phone was broken beforehand. This is sadly not the case. The men at the shop that day were very rude and unprofessional and I will be contacting the better business burearu so they know about your antics and to keep an eye out for you.Things did get heated between my brother and you but as I've stated- that had nothing to do with me and I continued to be respectful the entire time even shaking your hand when I left. It's sad to see you're still on here stating lies that the home button was broken. I also recall you stating I have no credibility with you guys- as if a customer should need that when I'm giving you my hard earned money. Good luck with your business"."
