BUYER BEWARE, These guys are a total SCAM, we ordered a motherboard for $478.78. We received the motherboard, the box was previously opened, after hours building my new PC and troubleshooting, the motherboard, RAM slots were defective. VLCANADA only refunded $392.69 plus I had to pay $25 to ship it back, I lost over $110 for something I was not responsible for. POOR SERVICE, POOR PRODUCTS.

Shipments are properly packaged, fast delivery, customer support was quick to respond when I needed help and made sure that my concerns were solved. Saved a lot of money on my purchase compared to Amazon

I purchased a monitor from them but was dissatisfied with their service and quality. However, be weary of their stringent refund policy along with a minimum 15% restocking fee for non-defective product returns. Not to mention you pay for return shipping as you can't go in person. would have just went to Canada Computers, Newegg or many of the other electronic stores around.

Awesome shipping speed they actually overnighted my product from B.C to Quebec City. The product i bought was an RTX 3080 Gaming Trio that was on their website with a reasonable mark up price of only 150$ more than MSRP. Which is fine to me because most store where i live make it 300-400$ more than retail price so i believe this was a pretty good deal taking in consideration the rarity of this product whilst being in a pandemic. All in all i'm happy with my product and probably going to shop some more here.

I just completed my first order with V&L and wanted to share my experience. I placed my order for some clearance cablemod c-series cables on Monday morning. That same evening, I received an email from V&L that the last inventory item for that clearance item was missing. Normally I would expect most companies to simply cancel the order and make a refund (especially considering it would be a same-day refund so I'm not really missing out from lost opportunities elsewhere because of me expecting a fulfillment of this order ... and also considering this was a clearance item so there's not much that can be done for getting more in stock). However, in this case, in addition to offering a refund, they also gave me the option of instead taking a free upgrade to the cablemod pro series (which wasn't on clearance so they're in no rush to get rid of this inventory). Retail difference was around 100 for the clearance item vs 130 for the pro series. Obviously I opted for the free upgrade. FOUR minutes (I am using email timestamps for this) after I informed them of my choice, I get an email from their internal system that the package is on the way (40 minutes later an email directly from UPS confirming the same). Next day Tuesday at noon (and this is with free shipping btw) ... my cables arrive.I do a lot of shopping online. However, it is predominantly with Amazon. That's because of their shipping times and the great customer service experience I've had (with returns for example). I can confidently say I feel the same level of comfort with V&L based on my first experience placing and receiving an order from them. Despite it being a clearance item, and something not too expensive considering many of the other possible purchases one could make on their site, the customer service I received was top tier.tldr Very professional and down-to-earth staff. Inspires confidence for when things go wrong. I'm recommending them to my friends and fam (well ... considering the techie-ness of the rest of my family ... lets say just friends).

I got a custom built PC from them. It’s great. They gave me suggestions as to which items work well together. They weren’t trying to sell me the most expensive things and actually stuck to what I needed. Very impressed with service and the product.

Ordered Cablemod brand cables through VL Canada.Being in Alberta, loved the the quick shipping and arrival.Thought I ordered the wrong cables, so I quickly put in an order for a different set based on the Cablemod website. Contacted VL via email on Friday mid afternoon to inquiry compatibility of my first order, they confirmed, turns out I was just a bimbo on fitting cables lol.Was able to quickly cancel the order with their quick response via email.Recommend getting in touch with them via email to make sure your cables are compatible with the power supply. Wouod buy from them again 100%

Bought a GPU from this store on Amazon few weeks ago and when it stopped working, VLCanada refused to take it back because it was past 30 day return period. Tried to escalate to management but they redirected me to the manufacturer....so much for post-sales customer service. Avoid!

stay far away! I paid for a computer case, order was all waiting for shipping, website says free shipping over $50+ , get an email later saying well, you know what, we changed our mind, shipping would be too much now so we cancel/refund your order, like what?! is this a joke?, due to this they lost another order from me worth several hundred
