I went in explaining what I needed for Service Ontario. After four attempts at document with typos and wrong info by an inexperienced notary and waisting many hours in line on four occasions at Service Ontario and four visits to Deans office they explained whAt I needed was something they were unable to provide. Refusal to refund my $113.00 I payed them because although her employee made the mistakes she still had to pay him.I now had to pay another business $200.00 for document.Worst service I have received anywhere in my life.Would not recommend !!Save yourself time and money and go to a reliable source!

After trying to find someone to certify my time sensitive material. I called several notaries :but no answer . After 2days of playing phone tag with people ,I finally had the good fortune to call Dean`s Paralegal. They were able to take me that day . Their staff are very accomodating,knowledgable and reasonably price. I would strongly recommend calling them for their many areas of practice

Called for an affidavit, had it created over the phone, was sent to me to fill in everything, no half hour free consultation needed, but cost me $200 +50 plus HST. Ouch!Everything else is fine but that’s why I gave them 2stars! $$$
