Costco Tire Center

The service is super slow. I noticed my car was returned to parking lot, but operator never called me, so I just waited in line . Took 3 hours for tire installation

It is absolutely shocking how long you have to wait to get your tires changed, even with an appointment I waited over 90 minutes after they cancelled my first appointment. Horrible horrible horrible service

Costco took me as a walk in to get a tire fixed, another chain shop had quoted me $230+ to get the tire replaced because apparently it couldn't be patched, Costco patched it without issue and covered it under the warranty. Done in an hour. I will absolutely be going to Costco from now on for all my car needs.

Easily the worst place to get anything done with your car. No one answers the phone, lines are 10 people deep and waited 2 hours to get a nail out of 1 tire. Then I wait a week for my new set of tires to come in only to find out they ordered the wrong size. Very pathetic, unorganized and not like the rest of Costco. Avoid them and thank me later

If you value your time at all, do not take your business to the Costco Tire Center. Sure, you might get a decent sale on tires but the service is terrible. They never answer the phone and you'll stand in a massive line forever. I got a flat fixed from a small garage around the corner within 15 minutes and still got to work on time. The same thing would take days of frustration with the Costco Tire Center.

A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff at The Tire Center at Windsor Costco!!! Excellent customer service!!! As my 1st time ordering on line, I ordered the wrong size. When they came in (just a few days after I ordered, so sperfast) set the appointment for service. Tires came and gentleman at the counter noted the size being wrongly ordered by me, he quickly ordered the right size and had them shipped as fast as possible as I am about to travel a bit of a distance. I was scheduled in superfast for the new tires. Was refunded and drove with the new proper size tire in 3 days. Thank you again Tire Crew, my family and I greatly appreciate all you did!!!

Will not answer the phone. They found a tire to replace but no call for 7 days. Apparently it’s being made in China.

Extremely dissatisfied at the service here. No one ever answers the phones, you get different information depending on who you speak too. My wife and I dropped our vehicle off 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment, dropped off our keys at the desk and not even 15 minutes later we get a call that the cars ready, I asked them how thats possible considering it was just dropped off, to be told I was called by mistake. 2 hours later my family is well done our shopping and still waiting for our car. I'm just blown away by the terrible service. I will not be getting tires here again, or getting any kind of work done and strongly recommend that no one else does either. All around its just lacking.

I had a flat tire and visited the Costco Tires department for a replacement. Justin and Kolt were both incredibly helpful and provided exceptional customer service. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of new tires. Thank you, Justin and Kolt!

Costco will damage your property and refuse to refund you. I had my summer tires exchanged for winter tires last time at this warehouse. This time, I went to kaltire to exchange winter for summer tires. The mechanic refused to exchange the tires as the inner lining was damaged by the machine that removes the tire. He stated it would be dangerous to drive with a tire in that state. So I went to Costco and explained the situation. The supervisor who was on shift at roughly 1 - 1:40pm on May 25th 2023 agreed to refund the cost of the tire damaged. He said to return to the warehouse with the invoice and the new tire installed on the car. I agreed. Today, I returned to Costco and the woman on shift refused to refund the damaged tire despite having the invoice and tire installed on the car. When you purchase a service, you expect the barest minimum. You expect them to 1. Not damage your property and 2. For them to own up to their mistakes when they screw up. Looks like the minimum is too high of a bar for Costco.Edit: After spending over an hour explaning the situation to different warehouse workers, they did refund the damaged tire. But not before making me feel like a thief. The greatest part was when the supervisor/manager at the tire center said to me Are you happy?". I responded "No". Will never return here again and will be cancelling membership as well."
