Talk about fresh food, everything was real fresh and healthy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy, well lite as well. Even the washroom was clean and tidy. Lots of beautiful artwork on the walls. Food was great, sorry I took the food pictures after we eat more then half. They have sit-down in and outside, takeout and delivery. We definitely will be returning to try more of their minu. See pictures.

SO GOOD. SO FRESH.The staff were both friendly and smiling. The food was fresh and there are tons of options. I had the goddess bowl and even the chicken was REAL and NOT DRY!! Most options are Vegan or Gluten Free! This place is so hidden, you will miss it if you're not looking close enough. I will be coming back for sure!

My go to spot for Fresh Healthy food after the gym. I had the Bravocado grain box with chicken. Chicken was tender and well seasoned. Veggies were fresh and tasty. Soo good. All the grain boxes are good. Donna was so nice and provided amazing service!

Wonderful restaurant! I ordered this food through Skip the Dishes for a sick family member in hospital and they said it was delicious! So great to have healthy options. I called to verify the order and the ?owner was so friendly and kindly added an extra cookie to the order.

This place is the real deal and I’m so happy it’s here! We need more of these healthy spots around. There’s nothing around that compares to Salus.The food is absolutely incredible and you leave feeling so great after.Past that, Donna is the nicest lady ever and will always take care of you. She always greets you with a big smile, and the place just overall has some incredible vibes.Highly recommend checking out this place.

Friendly and quick service. Very delicious and nutritious! I ordered the Goddess with chicken breast. The products were fresh, the portion was hardy (ice cream scoop size of groc), and the chicken was real (unprocessed). I truly appreciate this joint! Will be back with friends soon!

Great food and the owner is super friendly. Whether or not you are into eating clean I think everyone would enjoy eating here the portion size is good and you’ll love it ! Get the goddess bowl btw!

Decided to come here for lunch today because I wanted a healthy option that didn’t compromise too much on taste. I hate most salads but after seeing the reviews of this place, I decided to try the custom grain bowl.Portion size: Excellent portion size for one person. You will be full after eating this. If you are someone who has a smaller appetite, you may not be able to finish.Taste: Amazing fresh tasting ingredients with lots of different unique flavours. I got grilled chicken on top which was seasoned well and perfectly tender. Best of all, it’s all super healthy.Value for money: At around $17.50 with tax for the grain bowl you’ll be hard pressed to beat the value for taste, size and benefit to your health at this price. Very polite and friendly service on top of that. I’m going to be coming back here often.

I had a really great experience! I love the concept of created your own salad. They have toppings that I didn't expect to have in my salad like sweet potatoes. Mmm it's definitely worth a try! Highly recommended!

Got the lean box and was surprised by the quality and flavour. The chicken is actually seasoned really well and juicy. This place blows freshii out of the water. Service is impeccable and the food is high quality. Happy to have a healthy option in the area for lunch.
