I had a bad thermostat installed by another shop. When I was having issues with my rad fans running on high every time my truck warmed up, multiple shops including the one who installed the bad part said there is nothing wrong with my truck. But I knew there was a problem.When I brought it to RT, they were set on getting to the bottom of it and figuring out what's wrong. In one day they diagnosed the problem (needed a Ford thermostat) and had my truck fixed!Thanks RT!

Thanks to the excellent service from the good folks at RT Automotive we were able to get our camper van’s brakes serviced the same day and were back on the road within a couple hours. I can’t thank them enough for getting us in on short notice while we were on vacation in the Bruce Peninsula. This was without a doubt one of the friendliest and most accommodating auto repair shops I have ever experienced.

Every visit to RT Automotive (and we have had a few) has been excellent. Rich and the gang are quick, thorough, honest and fair priced. Quotes and completion time are spot on. By my request they will give me a heads up with possible future issues, ensuring I will not be stranded on the side of the road. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are awesome! I recommend if you never tried then this is the time. I broke my belt and I was so scared that it must be something huge jammed up. They checked everything and it was just a bad belt. Tow guy broke my tie rod, after RT inspected they found out it was tow guy fault. Tow guy tried to sneak out of it but mechanic was smart and showed him markings. What is more remarkable is that they could have stay out of but they was very justice. I will never forget. God bless the team.
