Does not post her hours. Calls back after hours a day late. Impolite. Not accommodating. Might be the best seamstress in the world. I’ll never know.

DON'T USE HER!!!!! Gave her a sample copy to follow for allegations on new trousers (several pairs) she did not copy from sample and charged e full price. Wouldn't do them again, even though it was her fault for not following my instructions. Avoid at all cost.

I do not post a 1 star lightly. I dropped off a pair of trousers in early July (it is now September 5th) with no word from Roberta. I have reached out several times and she has yet to call me back. My next step is to show up and bang on her door- which is an incredibly awkward position to be put in. Although I cannot comment on her skill as a tailor, I DO NOT recommend her based on customer service alone.

I highly recommend Roberta's. I recently took in drapes to be shortened. I took the drapes in middle of the day and thought I might get a call to collect them in a few days. To my surprise and delight I got a call the next morning informing me the work was completed. Completed to a high standard too. Can't ask for better, faster service from a delightful lady to do business with.

Honest and upfront about alteration capabilities and whether or not clothing pieces were alterable. Very professional, and learned a thing or two from my short visit as well. Will update further upon return of my pants but suspect her quality of work falls in line with her impeccable customer service so far.
