Western charged us $600 to lift our hot tub and diagnose it, which we had to pay up front, they then gave us an crazy estimate of over $5100 dollars to fix the tub. They also offered to take away our tub for an extra $600.Fortunately I got a second opinion from a good and honest man by the name of Pat who works for DHT services who diagnosed the problem, fixed it and has it running smoothly all for $1100!!Save your money, Do not use Western hot tub!!! In my opinion they are very sketchy.
