They built for us an armour stone retaining wall and top soiled our whole lot. Blake was well prepared, had every detail thought out and planned for our job. After a large DIY back yard project involving a new deck and hot tub, my lawn required extensive repair. I contacted WRC Construction for an estimate to provide two loads of quality top soil, and to spread the loads across my property. Blake answered my inquiry within a day, and he was at my home within two days to provide an on-site estimate. The following week, Blake and his crew attended to perform the work. The quality of the screened top soil was second to none. Moreover, his heavy equipment operator made quick time of the two loads, spreading them in a thin layer across my entire property, paying attention to draining sloping, and edging around my home, fence, deck, and hot tub. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, scheduling, price, and focus on customer service. If you require any sort of heavy equipment, landscaping, or site prep work, etc. you should definitely consider WRC Construction.

We hired WRC Contracting to rebuild our retaining wall and construct a stone stairway to the beach. The process went so well and the end result was absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier. Working with Blake and his team was amazing from start to finish. We would highly recommend them.

We have had WRC out twice now, once to replace our front steps with stone steps and once to do some major landscaping work, which included the removal of soil from the side of a building and the demolition of concrete walls/foundations. They did an amazing job carefully removing the material without damaging the building or buried infrastructure and grading the trench including ensuring the water was routed away from the building's foundation.All staff are professional, friendly and responsive. Lisa in the office is wonderful to deal with. Looking forward to the next project!

WRC is a very reputable company.Owners Mitch and Blake are the picture of integrity and hard work.These guys and their crew did some great work at my home, pouring a front walkway and a concrete deck around my in ground pool. Not only were they pleasant, courteous , and professional they did the job on time and at a reasonable cost. Blake and his team did a fantastic job on our property. He was very professional when there was a miscommunication and promptly dealt with issues as they arose. I would highly recommend them!

We hired WRC Construction this spring to do a large project on our property that involved stripping our our dead sod, putting in new top soil, the construction of a fire pit using armour stone and the pouring of a stamped concrete pad to replace our aging deck. Blake was timely and responsive throughout the entire process and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the work that he and his team did for us. They totally transformed our back yard. 10/10! We had a concrete pad and pathway done a couple of years ago during the height of covid when it seemed everyone wanted landscaping done. A joint project with our neighbours. The prep work was great…good communication, attention to detail, and on time. The concrete part…not so much. Delayed many times. I might even have blamed covid and weather on this but that blame could only go so far. Our back steps were off for well over a month. The job site left unattended. Mitch was often unresponsive to our calls, texts. When the work was finally done (after much frustration), the job looked good. But it didn’t take long for the backyard pad to start showing signs of problems. After many calls/texts, the next spring Mitch put a different sealer on the pad and said he had another product to try if this didn’t do the job. It didn’t do the job. The new concrete pad looked marred and discoloured and there are cracks. My neighbour contacted Mitch again. He said he’d be out next week to have a look. That was LAST spring. We have not been able to communicate with him since.In short, if you’re looking for residential work, look somewhere other than WRC. They should stick to commercial projects.3 stars and not 2 because of the preparation done by Blake and his team. I’d actually give Blake a 5 star.Photos are just from my side of the concrete pad.
