Alex has been fantastic to work with on all three jobs we've had him do for us over the past year. This last job was pretty big. Alex and his team were faced with tearing out a patio that was less than 2 years old but was poured so poorly by our home's builder that damage to the house was going to be tough to avoid. Thankfully only a minimal amount of damage resulted due to the care and attention to detail in removing a relatively new patio in a tough situation.Alex listened to every little detail we wanted in our patio and planned for all of them perfectly. Alex & team are very talented, precise and easy to work and communicate with. Linder Concrete poured a concrete pad for a new shed for me, extended my concrete patio and installed a custom paver patio exactly as I had envisioned. Everything turned out fantastic, and at a great price. I would very much recommend their business to a friend, and I will certainly reach out for any future projects as well!

Here is my honest review with my experience with Linder Concrete. I will list the pros, cons, and overall review.Pros:Great patio work! Alex is an artist when it comes to making a new patio for your home.Got the job done in a quick manner. They were only at my house for 4 days for the work I got done. I can't say that will be done that fast for everyone, but in my case that is good production.The price was the exact he quoted me. He really stuck to it, and I was really happy about that.The job got pushed backed 2 weeks, but it actually worked out with the heat wave we recently had. The concrete dried fast. I can't say its pro to have your date pushed back, but 2 weeks is understandable.When he came over to look at what I wanted, he gave me what he thought would be good for my backyard. His ideas were wonderful and that's why I think of Alex as an artist.Cons:When Alex sent over the contract, it said they don't give drawings what the work will look like. I asked since it's my property if he could give me a sketch of what he plans on doing and he obliged. He did say that they don't normally do that, but he did say he would for me over an email. However, I was waiting for the sketch and never got it for a certain amount of time. I did email him about it, and never got a response. I also tried calling him and received no answer. I left him a voicemail to call me back and he never did. I would wait a week to call him back, and the same thing would occur. This would go on for 3 weeks, plus it was getting close to the project date. I got so fed up with no response I asked my wife call him, to which he finally answered. His reasoning for not answering is he had been busy and he doesn't have the people to help during the pandemic, which I understand. He said he had to focus on the work and it was hard for him to take calls, emails, and return calls. For me I understand that, but part of the business is customer service and that is something that should not be neglected. As from other reviews, that can hurt him from getting new clients, which I would hate for that to happen because his work is phenomenal. He did eventually send it, and I really did appreciate that.Overall:I would recommend using Linder Concrete for your concrete needs. I did have to wait awhile, deal with him not responding, but the payoff outweighs the headache. I would suggest that the company do a better job at customer service and at least create a system of getting back to people in a timely manner. In his defense, he did say that is something they need to work on, I just hope that he does. I love my patio now. I got way more space to grill and use my Blackstone. I also love the Zen I get now when I am hanging out in my backyard. One last thing to consider is that if you decide to get the work done with him, that we are in a pandemic and patience will most likely be needed. I hope my review helps.

Overall very happy with my experience working with Linder Concrete! They did an absolutely amazing job on my stamped concrete patio, were very efficient, offered competitive prices, and were very professional in their communication throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend and hire for future decorative concrete and paving needs!

Alex did a fairly large project with us and did a great job. We have received multiple complements on his work especially on the monument that he installed. It looks beautiful. I can’t say enough about Alex and his team, I have worked with a lot of contractors and this company is the best! Linder Concrete removed our old deck and replaced it with a stamped concrete patio and fire pit. It is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Alex listened to our ideas and throughout the project, he checked in and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it. The final amount was exactly what was quoted. Alex takes so much pride in his work, you hear it when you are speaking with him and the end result speaks for itself. We plan to do future projects with Alex and his team and we will be sharing our experience with friends and family. I would highly recommend this company!!!
