Fred's Custom Boat Repair
I’ve had 2 different boats there 3 times over the last few years. Brian and his guys do not disappoint. Very fair and aim to please. No one else around does fiberglass work like they do and they can shine your boat up like new regardless of the shape it’s in! Recommend to anyone that needs really anything done with their boat.

Fred's Custom Boat Repair
Took my 1987 Supra ski boat that I’ve had since new, to Fred’s March 2023 to get the Gel coat red stripe oxidation removed, some scratches fixed & decals replaced. Brian & Eric looked at it & said best way to get it looking like new was to respray the Gel coat Red stripe area above & below the gunnel molding & since that will look new replace the gunnel molding too. WOW The Gel Coat & Decals look better than they did new. And what a Great job they did. I will recommend them to anybody needing Gel work done.

Fred's Custom Boat Repair
I drop my boat off to get an acid wash to remove a heavy buildup of calcium on the bottom of the boat. When I went to pick up the boat, instead of telling me that they could not do anymore to get it off as it did not all come off, they suggested I take it home for a week and let it sit in the water and then bring it back and they will do it again.I did what they prescribed, brought the boat back and within a few hours they had the boat perfectly clean and back on my trailer. Outstanding team at Fred’s. I will always continue to have blind faith in their work.

Fred's Custom Boat Repair
I took my boat here to get it shrink wrapped and the motor winterized. For this I was quoted $365. They called me once stating there was some water in my motor and that they were going to do one oil change. I got a call the following week that my boat was ready. A few days later, I got a call from John stating that my boat had been ready for weeks" and that I needed to come pick it up or else they would charge me $15/day to store it. I told him I would need to pick it up after hours as I work during their business hours

We LOVE our boat and we're VERY FUSSY about who to trust with its care. Not only does the staff have the expertise to look after our twin jet engine service, it shines bright following detail and if you need rescue on the water, someone will be right there! Their knowledge of boats is STELLAR including knowing vin numbers of CLASSICs!!!

Drove from Belleville Lake and past many shops to get here. Had a 3 ft spider crack in silver speckle, behind rub rail, and black speckle. Brian looked at it and his knowledge and honesty went very far as other shops gave me a run around. From the day he started to the day he finished was less than 2 weeks. The boat is perfect, the whole staff is willing to go the extra yard to make you happy. The price he told me day 1 was the price I paid upon pickup. I will be returning in the fall to have a small chip touched up, and wouldn’t trust anyone else with gel coat repair.
