CHANGE Lingerie

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the mystery out of finding a perfect fitting bra. The store manager helped me and made feel very comfortable and at ease. I am a 60+ year old woman and not used to shopping in specialty stores for lingerie. But this kind woman made it a pleasant experience. I love my new bra & will not shop for bras anywhere else now. I'll happily recommend this store and their service!!

Cute store. My girlfriend and I frequent Change. We've managed to buy most of their pieces and the staff is great.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having Dominique assist me at your Oshawa store. Before finding change lingerie, I had gone into a competitors lingerie store in the mall. There were two sales associates, standing behind the counter, chatting, and having a grand old time. Neither one of them acknowledged my presence, or asked me if I needed help. I continued on my merry way down the corridor only to find Change lingerie. as soon as I entered the store, Dominique greeted me with a big, beautiful smile. She asked me how she could help. I expressed my discontent with clothes shopping, especially shopping for bras. She was so helpful, taking my measurements and asking me if I had any particular styles, or needs in mind. She provided me with three perfect bras. I have never had such a wonderful experience bra shopping in my life. The bras were extremely comfortable and I purchased panties to match as well. Thank you so much Dominique!

Got fitted for a bra here today, and I had the loveliest experience! The bra size I got fitted for was perfect and the lady who helped me, Dom, was so nice and incredibly helpful.

I bought the same model of bra the second time and the first time it was cheaper than the second. Though now they have 50 % off for all items , the shop assistant gave me only 25%off, even for two items.I was disappointed... By the way, the quality of the bra is not the best for the price of 90 CAD. After one month wearing the bra looks like been wearing about a year.

I was having trouble finding bras that covered my bust completely and was recommended to Change. I was helped by Yumna who is absolutely fantastic. She helped me so much and I’m so happy with the bras I picked out. I have yet to wear them for a full day yet. I was shocked at how much more the prices are (one bra was 100$ alone and doesn’t seem to be of higher quality than anywhere else-) but finding my size and something that covered me was worth it in price. I was tired of trying on and shopping for bras at other places. Hopefully the quality of these bras last.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these bras! They last MUCH longer than any other brand and they have a ton of styles to choose from. Superior quality every time and I've been a customer for years now. I have only ever had one underwrire break through the material in the middle and I've owned at least 9 or 10 different bras from this place. If you have a larger chest, this place is especially a go-to! My only complaint is that the Oshawa store is quite small and the selection isn't as big as a result.

I am very happy with the customer service at Change, and the beautiful Lissi Balconette bra that I purchased today. The sales associates are fit experts! I am impressed by how knowledgeable they are about the products, and how fast they were able to help me find the perfect piece for me! The price of the bra is worth it, when I think of how much money I've wasted elsewhere, on ill-fitting bras. It's better to invest in good fit and quality at Change!
