Victoria is so lovely and does the best nail art.

Been coming to City Nails for years! Staff are kind and friendly! The place is clean and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. Easy to book over the phone and able to accommodate small groups with notice (usually come with my mom and sister and we can all get our services at the same time).Only critique would be the music as it’s like elevator music. However easy to drown out with conversation, haha!

good price for a good service. sometimes I have to wait even if I call ahead, and today I got a seat right away and it was quicker than before for the pedicure. I like my sparkly toes!

The staff was friendly and the employee doing my nails, Victoria was extremely helpful and meticulous. I love my new gel nails! I have had my nails done here for over a year now and the service seems to improve with time! Absolutely love it!

I asked when I entered if anyone was available for a manicure and was seated almost right away. 10 minutes later it was $35. When I asked about the massage and cuticle care she said you only got a polish change. This was clearly not what I asked for. Not impressed.

Definitely would recommend! Made an appointment with a friend and we both were very happy with the results.

I got my nails done and asked for black acrylic nail paint but the end product was dark blue colour. When i called, they completely blew me off. I have had great experiences in the past but this just ruined the spa for me. On top of that, the paint is chunky and thick, probably because of the new artist.

Don’t go there the lady owner yelled at me when I came back the next day to have my polish re-done. She blamed me. The nail polish I picked out was too thick so the person doing my nails picked a similar colour. I didn’t realize until after I got home that this polish had some kind of “ sand” in the polish and it looked terrible. I’ll never go back there because of the lady owner. She’s nasty!!!! Prior to this I always went there because it’s handy to my home.

I was shocked how they treated my friend on a botched manicure that was done.I brought her there to get a nice treat for her and the service was horrible.They made her feel awful and were so rude!!! Her nail polish came of in a couple of days and when she phoned to get another application to fix it they basically said no.She was so angry she went to the salon to show the mess.Tran told she needed an appointment meanwhile she didn’t pass up the other walk-in.I have been treated very rudely but I just excepted it but now I am choked.I will never step foot into that salon again.Neither Will the people I referred.There loss!
