I am going to agree also this school on Google is named one of the best in Kitchener/waterloo and it's not outdated so I am excited plus there gonna be new teachers and for the ones who can't even take it anymore just ignore this school was named after JOHN A MACDONALD BUT NOW its laurel heights cause sir john a MacDonald was a racist and not at all the best political leader plus why would one of the teachers hurt someone they would be fined or arrested and they changed the name cause I guess a few of the reviews say its somewhat not good so please support the school

This School is terrible the teachers are the worst they choose certain kids to pick on and return their work back telling them to do better and it's not good enough and telling kids to get off there phones when they are not touching them- worst school ever

Laurel Heights Secondary School
I was left in the cold outside for 7 hours because I was late by 0.5 seconds to school. Do not be late to school, or they will do terrible things to you. My friend got his nose sanded down because some teacher said it was to pointy to be safe, as it could hurt someone. He is now in the hospital having reconstructive surgery because they used the planer instead of the sander. Can't believe some people don' t know the difference.

The school is decent and the staff are generally well mannered except for this one really weird chemistry teacher named Mr Montgomery. One time I was getting picked up from school by my grandparents but mr Montgomery saw me and decided to approach, he than proceeded put my grandmother in a chokehold before doing a leg sweep and finishing her off with a ground slam. RIP grandma, I miss you :(

I'm going to this school next year so I'll give a 5 for now, but I'm scared if there are bullies or mean teachers in the school. I want every individual and staff to be mindful of their action and words. Together we can form an acceptable and welcoming community for everyone of all cultures and sizes.

Scored on principal. This school used to be named Sir John A MacDonald" after the man who afforded us the nation we have. The name Laurel Heights is particularly insulting and ironic. My visits have been unpleasant. This school raises nihilistic malefactors
