Patterson's was exceptional in the service they provided to arrange our father's funeral. A special thank you to Ed for going above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were fulfilled, especially in this stressful time. Clayton was caring and compassionate while helping with arrangements, and Kieron was always available to answer our questions. The whole team of dedicated professional made the experience as comfortable as possible. The room was beautiful and peaceful, and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much to all the staff for helping us say goodbye to our father in a beautiful way.

When going through the most difficult time of our lives, losing my mother, they were compassionate, understanding, caring, and patient in helping us navigate the arrangements and details for my mother. They made everything as easy as it possibly could be in the most difficult situation we have ever been in. We just had my late father's service and cremation here at Patterson, and I must say the whole experience was exceptional. Very professional and kind staff, including Kieron and everyone else I met and spoke to. My father would've loved his service honouring him. 5/5 stars.
