Mary Brown's Chicken
My Husband and I just had dinner at Mary Browns. The customer service is impeccable. The cashier made sure he explained the deals so we get to best bang for our buck. He was very kind.As we were eating, we noticed that he was extremely kind with ALL customers and took the time to help out when necessary. He made our experience very pleasant. Can’t wait to have Mary Browns chicken again - especially at this location.

I tried Mary Browns for the first time today. Their customer service was exceptional. Ali took his time to explain how their orders and specials work. Their sandwiches were awesome. I won’t say the best I have ever had, but they were amongst the top. Will definitely go back to try chicken next time.

We orders 4 of the 30 piece party specials and everything was ready, on time and absolutely delicious! The food was a great hit and we ordered 3 regular and 1 extra spicey mix. People loved it and this specific location went out of their way to help us load and pack up the car for pick up. Thank you for making our New Year's Eve Eve party a great success.

Hard working people, sometimes as an employee you can get hung out to dry by the corporate folks, I believe this happened here.I asked the young lady for a three piece chicken with waffle fries, depicted on a poster with two pieces, she said “sorry, those only come with the two piece” can’t get waffle fries any other way, So, that’s what I had, but just don’t get the picture, maybe it’s me, but it felt like a skit from Monty Python

Chicken was fresh and crispy, so yummy! Unlike other fast food restaurants, the staff were super friendly and nice. I like the ambience and that the restaurant is always clean regardless of how busy it is. Thanks MB - Keep it up! :)

Customer service was terrible. When I walked in the customer in front of me was upset because he was waiting for over 20 minutes for a poutine. He asked to speak with the manager and the staff just told him no and he left... this almost made me leave before I ordered. When I ordered my meal the cashier was rude and you could tell that he hates his job. I asked him to give me cutlery, napkins and Ketchup in the bag which he did not give. I also asked for dark meat which was also turned down. I work across the street but I will never be returning again. The food wasn't flavourful, ended up throwing it out.

Extremely poor food quality. My parents ordered spicy chicken and they gave them really old mild pieces with hot sauce sprinkled on the chicken. They also order 3 chicken burgers and fries, all burgers had almost raw meat and cold chicken and fries. After a few hours of eating both of them had stomach aches. We would like marry brown head office to come and view the food quality at this particular location and we will also, be getting in touch with the ministry of health regarding the operation of this business. Extremely disappointed in the way customers are treated at this location. Look how disgusting those taters look.
