I am writing in response to the negative review written by Monica Vecsei pertaining to the sale of our condo in Whitby. Our agent Amar Arora acted upon the instructions given to him regarding not accepting the offer and has always been a trusted agent in all of our property decisions. We have all rights to accept and decline offers and with the actions of Monica Vecsei this only further proves that our faith in Amar Arora have been with not only his clients best interest in mind but has also been the only agent to put his client ahead of his own personal gains. For Monica Vecsei to take these actions was not only wrong but also unethical as every agent especially Amar Arora will do their due diligence in ensuring their clients are properly informed in all aspects of the market, their property and comparable properties in the area.

When myself and my wife decided to take the leap and try to purchase our first home, Amar was referred to us as a real estate agent and a mortgage broker through a mutual friend and came highly recommended.We did not have a lot of knowledge about the process and what would be required. Unethical real estate agent! We decided to buy a condo in Whitby . . My agent said No other offer on the unite , no holding back offer. We offered a full asking price, and no condition. In the last minute, Amar Arora asking extra $31000 above the asking price , otherwise no deal. What kind of unethical corrupt agent ! I can’t believe how he can work in this business ? I did filed a report to RECO

We just moved to Windsor and Amar got us a property $60,000 below the list price. This is our 3rd real estate transaction with him and we have nothing but great things to say about his Knowledge, Honesty and Phenominal Customer Sensitivity. He is an expert in both sides of the trade (Mortgages and the Real Estate Transaction)Even though he works out of the GTA, he was flawless with his time management during showings in Windsor, his homework on various neighbourhoods in this area, arranging Top Notch Home Inspectors locally and negotiating with the realtors in Windsor.We love our New Home and would strongly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. He is a one-stop shop for both Real Estate and Mortgage Services. Work with him and you will be glad you did!

Let’s be clear about this situation. Here is what happened everything is documented. My agent ask Mr Arora if there is a holding back offer date. He said no offer date the seller expectation is the listed price. We ask our agent to prepare the offer with a full price with no condition and closing any time. The seller can pick the closing date. Mr Arora talk to my agent and told her the seller is not ready to accept any offer under the asking price so there is no use to barge. After he received our offer with the full asking price 30 minutes later he told our agent he just realized there was a sale in the building a week ago and it was much higher and they want $31,000 more. This shows black and white Mr Arora didn’t do any market search, Mr Arora asked us at this point what is our highest offer. We told him we just give you the full asking price what you and your client wanted. Mr Arora said now we want $550,000. Unethical ,unprofessional agent! If he honestly wanted more money for his clients he just simply should have done holding back offer. Instead he listed the unit with a lower price wanted a quick sale take his commission and run.
