Very pleasant experience! Highly recommended. The doctor is professional and the nail groomers are patient. The cost is also reasonable.

I am pretty happy with this clinic. They could be more organized, but I make it work. You just have to stay on top of them all the time communication-wise, call and ask if your prescription is ready, or if the test results are in. Follow up yourself. Otherwise you might be waiting for a long time. That said, whenever I call, they are always kind and available (unlike my previous clinic). It's a big space in the waiting area, and them being open 7 days is definitely a plus.

Caring, knowledgeable veterinarians who offer competitive prices and genuinely have the well being of your pets at heart. They also work with a local rescue group providing them discounted services and have a very large area devoted to beautiful cats who are up for adoption. This says a lot to me about their integrity. Can't say enough good things about these veterinarians or their staff. I have been a client at this clinic and previously at their Erin Mills clinic for 16+ years. Wouldn't bring my fur babies anywhere else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET ONLY MONEY.Went in because our 15yo cat was lethargic and breathing heavily and he told me there was nothing wrong with her breathing (while her whole chest heaved) and that she had fluid in her stomach, and gave a quote for almost a grand for 2 tests and an iv.They took a biopsy and blood work. Told him that she didnt like her paws touched but still tried to take it from her leg while grabbing her paw and kicked me out of the room because he blamed ME for her violent reaction, then told us he took it from her neck and she was fine.Took 3 WEEKS for us to get the biopsy back, after telling us it would be less than a week, and in the meantime pressured to do more expensive tests when they couldn't even tell me what they were looking for or try to make her feel better. SHE DIED BEFORE WE GOT THE TESTS BACK AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND OR EVEN AN APOLOGY. THEY DID NOT CARE. When we went back for cremation, they wanted to charge another grand for private cremation and pawprint. Meanwhile another pet owner at reception was yelling at them because it had been weeks and he never heard back about test results. Absolutely the worst experience and most callous and abrasive people I've ever dealt with at a vet office.

Always the best experience. The vets are so kind. They always make me feel supported and informed. Very very fair pricing. Highly recommend this clinic!!!!

Fast and quick, the doctor stood until the hours of closing which is nice. Checked my cat and provided the right medicine right away. Great clinic

Took my two chihuahuas today.. We had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Bansal is very nice, gentle with the animals and very knowledgeable. I will be happily continue to use this clinic for my babies.

This place is amazing. The doctors are very experienced in what they do and are very friendly to me. I strongly recommend.
